Contractor’s Administration. The Contractor shall notify the District in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

No member of Contractor's Administration is authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract unless specifically authorized under Paragraph 8 (Change Notices and Amendments).
