CONTRACTOR’S LICENSES. Implementer shall include a copy of all applicable contractor licenses, if any, necessary to fulfill its program functions in Attachment 2. Implementer is responsible to ensure their Implementer Parties have and maintain the appropriate contractor’s license(s) prior to performing such work for Implementer’s program.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSES. Contractor and his subcontractors, if any, shall, at all time during the term of this Contract, maintain in full force and effect such licenses or permits as may be required by the State of California or any other government entity. Contractor and his subcontractors, if any, shall strictly adhere to, and obey, all governmental rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently enacted or modified, as promulgated by any local, state, or federal governmental entity.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSES. All contractors performing construction work on the project shall be licensed as required by state law. Copies of the licenses will be provided to Clients on request. A residential Builder or residential maintenance and alteration contractor is required to be licensed under MCL 339.2401–.2412. An electrician is required to be licensed under MCL 338.881–.892. A plumber is to be licensed under MCL 338.3525. Builder is properly licensed in the state of Michigan as a Residential Builder Company, whose license number is 2101168036
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSES. (ATTACHMENT 1 SECTION 3.1) As this program is a non-resource program, this is N/A Attachment 2 - Narrative Contract No. C22179 City/County Assn of Governments 2.2 REGULATORY WORKFORCE STANDARDS REQUIREMENTS (ATTACHMENT 1 SECTION 3.3) All SMCEW staff will be provided access to and offered, or in some cases required to participate in trainings, conferences, and/or certifications in alignment with the relevant skills staff contribute to the program. As a non-resource program, training will focus on customer service, equity and diversity, data analysis and security, and energy efficiency technologies and pathways. A minimum of twenty (20) hours of training will be required per fiscal year.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSES. A. The Contractor shall provide evidence of a Business License to perform work on this Contract.
