Equity and Diversity. Contractor shall, when applicable, have made good faith efforts to subcontract or establish joint ventures with or obtain materials to be used in performing the agreement from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business enterprises, as those terms are defined in ORS200.005.
Equity and Diversity. 2.1.1 The employer and employees are committed to equity and diversity principles in establishing and maintaining practices that ensure fairness and equity for all employees. All processes and strategies implemented in accordance with the Agreement shall comply with the Australian Equal Opportunity Act 1984.
2.1.2 The organisation will maintain the Equity and Diversity Consultative Committee for the life of the Agreement.
2.1.3 Terms and conditions for the operation of this group will be governed by the Equity and Diversity Committee terms of reference, which may be amended from time to time by the group.
Equity and Diversity. Grantee will abide by Administrative Rules adopted to xxxxxx increased equity and diversity in the residential collection system, including, without limitation, rules meant to reduce barriers to economic opportunity for minority-owned and women-owned companies. If applicable, Grantee will comply with Administrative Rules requiring Grantees to identify opportunities to utilize minority-owned and woman-owned Subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Equity and Diversity. The pharmacist/pharmacy staff must comply with requirements of the Race Regulations Act 1976 and the Race Relations (Amendments) Act 2000, and will not treat one group of people less favourably than others because of their colour, race or religious beliefs.

Equity and Diversity. Council is committed to the principles of equity and diversity and to the objectives set out in the relevant Anti- Discrimination legislation. Council will conduct its operations with total commitment to the spirit and intent of the above legislation including the following principles:
A. Fair practices in the workplace;
