Cooks - Shelter. (a) Hours of work for regular full-time and seasonal full-time employees shall be scheduled so that employees work forty (40) hours per week on weekdays, and ten (10) consecutive hours per day, inclusive of a paid meal period of one-half (½) hour.

Cooks - Shelter. Hours of work for regular full-time and seasonal full-time employees shall be scheduled so that : employees work forty (40) hours Monday to Friday inclusive, and eight (8) consecutive hours per day, inclusive of a paid meal period of one-half hour. Hours of work for regular part-time and seasonal part-time employees shall normally be scheduled so that: employees work eight (8) hours per day, Saturday, Sunday and designated paid holidays as identified in Article inclusive of a paid meal break of one-half hour. Hours of work for a regular full-time Cook Supervisor shall be scheduled so that: in every seven day period, the Cook Supervisor works four (4) consecutive days (Monday Thursday) followed by three (3) consecutive days of rest; on a daily basis, employees work ten hours inclusive of a paid meal break of one-half hour; for the purpose of vacation, long service, special and sick leave accruals, full time employees who receive pay for at least eight (8) shifts in a calendar month, shall earn leave in the same proportions as outlined in Article and respectively; however, a day for the purposes of calculating earned leave credits and paying designated paid holidays as per Article shall be considered to be eight

  • Cleanliness and Safety; Entry Resident agrees to maintain the assigned bedroom space, the apartment and the common areas of the Property in a clean, safe and sanitary condition, to exercise all due care in the use of same, and to cooperate fully with the Property pest control program as requested. Resident will be responsible for the cost of treatment for bedbugs and similar pests to the extent Owner’s pest control vendor reasonably determines that an infestation has originated within Resident’s assigned space and during Resident’s occupancy. Resident will place all trash in provided receptacles and will be responsible for the cost of cleaning the interior or exterior of the apartment if not kept in sanitary condition. When outdoor temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s heat turned on to prevent frozen or burst pipes, including during vacations. When outdoor temperatures exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s air conditioning turned on and set to a reasonable temperature to prevent mold or mildew growth, including during vacations. Owner and its agents, employees and contractors may enter any apartment and bedroom space to perform routine maintenance, inspections, showings and other ordinary functions, provided that Owner will provide advance notice to residents of an apartment before such entry. Owner reserves the right to enter an apartment and any bedroom space without prior notice (including a passkey and/or disarming the alarm or other means of entry if locks have been changed) for emergency maintenance or repair purposes, or when there is reasonable cause to believe that a situation exists that could cause danger to life, safety, health or property. Owner may confiscate any item deemed to cause a danger and is under no obligation to pay compensation for or to return such items.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:

  • Where BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local loop and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make arrangements to permit OnePoint to order a contiguous local loop. To the extent it is technically feasible, these arrangements will provide OnePoint with the capability to serve end users at a level that is at parity with the level of service BellSouth provides its customers. If no alternate facility is available, BellSouth will utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision the loop facilities. OnePoint will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the loop facilities or OnePoint may chose some other method of providing service to the end-user (e.g., Resale, private facilities, etc.).

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.

  • Retaining Walls Prepare preliminary retaining concepts to be shown on schematics, typical sections, and cross sections. • Determine if any additional walls are required and verify the need for and length of the retaining wall as shown on the ultimate schematic. • Compute and tabulate retaining wall quantities for preliminary design milestone plans submittal.
