Cooperation and information obligations. You will co-operate with us in all matters relating to the Services and/ or the Software and provide us with such information and materials as we may reasonably require in order to provide the Services and/or the Software, to perform maintenance or bug fixing, as well as in order to verify your compliance with the Contract. In addition, to your information obligations related to your use of the Portal as set out in Section 2.2, you will inform us without undue delay upon becoming aware of any circumstances that may or do affect the security of the Services and/or the Platform.
Cooperation and information obligations. Customer will (i) co-operate with ABB and/ or Re- seller in all matters relating to the Services, the Software and/ or the Hardware Devices (ii) provide ABB and/ or Reseller with such accurate, timely and complete information and mate- rials as ABB and/ or Reseller may reasonably require in order to (a) provide the Services, Soft- ware and/ or the Hardware Devices, (b) to perform maintenance or bug fixing, as well as (c) in order to verify Customer's compliance with the Customer Contract and the ToU (iii) promptly install the necessary Software and any updates or upgrades provided by ABB (in accordance with the respective specification and instructions) on Customers computer sys- tems; (iv) comply with any additional obligations as set out in the Customer Contract or Or- der; and (v) comply with the Laws and regulations. Customer will inform ABB and/ or Reseller without undue delay upon becoming aware of any circumstances that may or do affect the security of the Services and/ or the Platform.
Cooperation and information obligations. (1) The customer shall undertake to inform Lingotransfair in due time about the required forms of the service (purpose, delivery on data media, number of copies, printing maturity, layout/form, etc.). In case the text is intended for print, the customer must provide Lingotransfair with a proof well in time prior to printing, thus enabling Lingotransfair to correct any errors. Names and figures are to be proofread by the customer.

You will co-operate with us in all matters relating to the Services and/ or the Portal and provide us with such information and materials as we may reasonably require in order to provide the Services and/ or access to the Portal as well as in order to verify your compliance with these Portal Terms of Use. In addition, to your information obligations related to your use of the Portal as set out in Section 2.2, you will promptly inform us upon becoming aware of any circumstances that may or do affect the security of the Services and/ or the Portal.
