Cooperation of Client. The Services described in the Agreement are based on information provided by the Client. Client undertakes that all documents, information and data necessary for Agency to perform the Services will be made available to Agency in a timely fashion. Client will make available such employees of its organization as are necessary to assist Agency in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement. Ordering of third party services, if any, will be effected by Client in consultation with Agency. Client undertakes the adequate and timely introduction of Agency employees and agents within Client’s organization and, if required by law, will obtain all necessary approvals of the applicable governing body in connection with the performance of Services. In case any or all of the above conditions are not complied with, not complied with properly or not timely complied with, or if Agency has to interrupt Services for reasons not attributable to Agency’s negligence or willful misconduct, the period of completion set forth in the Agreement shall be automatically extended for such additional time as shall be necessary to perform the Services, and any and all additional costs resulting therefrom shall be the responsibility of Client.
Cooperation of Client. 7.01 Client shall keep Attorney advised of Client's whereabouts at all times, and provide Attorney with any changes of address, phone number or business affiliation during the time period which Attorney's services are required, and shall comply with all reasonable requests of Attorney in connection with the preparation and presentation of the aforesaid representation. 7.02 Attorney may, at his option, withdraw from the case and cease to represent Client for any reason, including without limitation Client's failure to timely pay fees and expenses or deposits for same in Associate Attorney accordance with this Agreement, subject to the professional responsibility requirements to which attorneys are subject. It is further understood and agreed between the parties that upon such termination of any services of Attorney, any of Client's deposits remaining in Attorney's Trust Account shall be applied to any balance remaining owing to Attorney for fees and/or expenses and any surplus then remaining shall be refunded to Client.
Cooperation of Client. Client agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Consultant necessary to the performance of Consultant's duties under this Agreement.
Cooperation of Client. You agree to provide Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC with any changes of information during your time of counseling services. You acknowledge the following actions may lead to immediate termination of therapy services: arriving for a therapy session intoxicated or under the influence of an illegal substance, or threats of violence towards an Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC counselor. By signing this Informed Consent Agreement, you agree that you will not make defamatory comments about your counselor and/or Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC to others or post defamatory commentary about your therapy on any website or social media site. In the event that defamatory remarks about your counselor and/or Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC are made by you, or others acting on your behalf or in concert with you, you further consent by signing this Informed Consent Agreement to allowing Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC to use confidential information necessary to rebut or defend against, or prosecute claims for, the defamation. The rates for individual, family, or relationship counseling are listed below: Xxxxxxx Xxx, PhD, LPC is $160 per 50-minute session. Xxxxxxx Xxxx, PhD, LPC-S is $160 per 50-minute session. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, MS, LPC, NCC is $150 per 50-minute session. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, MS, LPC, LCDC is $145 per 50-minute session. You have the right to extend the length of your counseling session. If you choose this option, the rate will increase accordingly. If you are late for your appointment, you will still be required to pay for the amount of time of the scheduled session. Charges and services are due and payable at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), checks, or cash payment. Missed or forgotten appointments, as well as cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the regular session rate. Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointment charges; therefore, your credit card, on file, will be charged. There will be a $50 charge for all returned checks. If your account is past due, sessions will be terminated until financial obligations are paid in full.
Cooperation of Client. 6.01 Client agrees to cooperate with Attorneys at all times and too comply with all reasonable requests of Attorneys. Client further agrees to keep Attorneys advised of his/her whereabouts at all times, and to provide Attorneys with any change of address, phone number or business affiliation. 6.02 Attorneys may, at their option, withdraw from the case and cease to represent the Client should Client fails to comply with any portion of this Agreement or should Attorneys or either of them decide that he or she cannot continue to be involved in this case. Such withdraw will be effective by mailing written notice to Client's last known address. Such withdraw on the part of Attorneys shall be consistent with the rules governing the attorney/client relationship promulgated by the State Bar of Texas.
Cooperation of Client. 6.1 Client agrees to cooperate with Attorneys at all times. Client further agrees to keep Attorneys advised of Client’s whereabouts (and provide changes of address and telephone numbers), shall appear on reasonable notice, shall appear for all depositions and court appearances upon reasonable notice, and shall comply with all reasonable requests of Attorneys in connection with the preparation and presentation of the aforesaid Claims and causes of action of the Client. 6.2 Attorneys may, at their option, withdraw from the case and cease to represent Client should Client fail to comply with any portion of this Agreement or should Attorneys decide that they cannot continue to be involved in the Claim.

Cooperation of Client. 7.1. Client shall at all times, thereto requested and at his own initiative, supply all relevant information to Cushion consultancy that is required for a correct execution of the order granted; 7.2. If information required for the execution of the agreed order, is not or not timely or not in agreement with the arrangements entered into made available, or if Client has not met his (information) obligations, Cushion consultancy has the right to suspend the execution of the agreement; 7.3. In order to let the execution of the order proceed orderly and as far as possible according to the time schedule, Client shall timely make staff from his own organization available, unless the nature of the order determines otherwise. Client shall ensure that his staff has the proper skills and experience to carry out required activities. 7.4. If and insofar as Cushion consultancy requests such, Client supplies Cushion consultancy at his premises and free of charge a private workspace with telephone and, if so desired, a fax and/or data net connection, unless the nature of the order determines otherwise; 7.5. If there are ensuing costs to Cushion consultancy as a result of the fact that Client has not, not timely or not properly made staff, requested data, documents and facilities available, such costs shall be to the account of Client.
Cooperation of Client. CLIENT will allow FIVE NINES to use CLIENT'S machines, communications facilities, features and other equipment at no charge, as in the reasonable opinion of FIVE NINES and CLIENT, are necessary in order to enable FIVE NINES to perform the Services.
Cooperation of Client. Client agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Contractor and provide access to all documents reasonably necessary to the performance of Contractor's duties under this Agreement. PLACE OF WORK. Contractor agrees that Client is not responsible for furnishing space on Client's premises for use by Contractor while performing the services under this Agreement.
