COOPERATION WITH OTHER USERS. Facility User understands that The Valdry Center for Philanthropy and the related premises are available for use by The Valdry Center for Philanthropy, SUSF, Southern University, and its de- signees. Facility User agrees to cooperate in good faith with the management and employees of SUSF, and with those persons using any other SUSF premises and facilities, especially during pe- riods of ingress and egress, in order to facilitate mutual use of The Valdry Center for Philanthropy and/or other SUSF premises and facilities. SUSF reserves the right to decline to enter into a Facil- ities Use Agreement in any instance in which, in its sole opinion, SUSF determines that the pro- posed use does not meet The Valdry Center for Philanthropy's Programming Model.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER USERS. Licensee acknowledges that the Arena (including portions of the Licensed Premises) and the various parts thereof and areas therein are and will be used for the holding or presentation of activities, events and engagements other than the Games and that in order for the Arena to operate as efficiently as reasonably practicable, Licensee understands and agrees that it may or will be necessary for Licensor to prepare a schedule limiting the times Licensee and other users of the Arena may use certain facilities at the Arena including, without limitation, entrances, box office, exits, parking areas, truck ramps, receiving area, marshalling areas, locker rooms and related facilities, storage areas, passenger and freight elevators and concession and merchandising areas. Licensee agrees that Licensor shall have the sole authority to establish the schedules for the use and availability of such services and facilities and to determine when and the extent to which the sharing of any such services, facilities and areas as is necessary or desirable, in Licensor’s reasonable judgment, and Licensee agrees to comply with any schedule(s) so established and to cooperate in any sharing arrangements so determined. In no event shall Licensee enter or use any area, part, service or facility of the Arena other than the Licensed Premises without first obtaining Licensor’s consent and approval which may be withheld in Licensor’s discretion. Further, Licensee and Licensor agree to cooperate in good faith with each other and with those persons that may be using other portions and areas of the Arena, especially during periods of ingress and egress by others, in order to make mutual use of the Arena reasonably harmonious and agreeable to all Arena users.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER USERS. Because the Facility is a shared use kitchen, cooperation among users is crucial to safe and efficient operation of the Facility. For this reason, Business will: (i) conduct its operations in a safe manner; (ii) treat other users and their property with respect; (iii) be courteous and cooperative when sharing portions of the Facility with other users; (iv) make best efforts to accommodate the reasonable requests of other users who are working in the Facility at the same time; (v) refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior; and (vi) report repeated instances of unsafe or disruptive behavior by other users to Client.

  • COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

  • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards. City shall make available to Engineer all existing plans, maps, field notes, and other data in its possession relative to the Project. Engineer may show justification to City for changes in design from City standards due to the judgment of said Engineer of a cost savings to City and/or due to the surrounding topographic conditions. City shall make the final decision as to any changes after appropriate request by Engineer.

  • Construction With Other Parts Of The Tariff This ISA shall not be construed as an application for service under Part II or Part III of the Tariff.
