Box Office. The Hirer is to provide at least one Box Office attendant per performance who is required to be at the venue one hour before to be inducted into the venue. The College will not be responsible for any cash/transaction handling within the Box Office.
Box Office. Artist’s representative will have the right to be present in the box office at all times. FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK AND ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED BOX OFFICE STATEMENT.
Box Office. The Barre Opera House Box Office offers renters the ability to sell tickets online, over the phone and in person Tuesday-Friday, noon-5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. Summer hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Box Office procedures and fees are outlined in a separate Barre Opera House Box Office Agreement. The BOH Box Office is the exclusive ticketing outlet for performances at The Barre Opera House.

Box Office. Box office schedules will be done on a monthly basis. Employees must submit in writing their monthly availability no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the month in the month prior to the schedule for that period of time. Box Office staff will be scheduled in such a manner that they will have sufficient time after the closing of ticket sales to finish all tasks required. Ad Cast schedules will be done on a weekly basis. Employees must submit in writing their weekly availability no later than the Friday prior to the schedule for that period of time. Ad Cast will be scheduled based on the number of patrons. The current scheduling past practice for Ad Cast employees will be maintained, including employees assigned to special roles. Should there be a change in scheduled procedures the Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the changes. If a Box Office or Ad Cast employee does not submit an availability in the proper manner as outlined above then it will be assumed that employee has a completely open availability.
Box Office. The parties acknowledge and agree that the box office located underneath the access ramp on the west side of the Stadium may not be accessible during certain Baseball Seasons during the Term. Accordingly, to the extent such facilities are not accessible, the City shall cause alternate box office facilities containing not less than three
Box Office. 22.1 The Licensor shall have sole control and supervision of the box office.
22.2 In the event the Space Hire Charges are not paid in full in advance, all Box Office Proceeds from the sale of admission tickets to a Performance must be provided to The Licensor by the Licensee to be banked in a bank account in the name of The Licensor and be held in trust by The Licensor until at least seven (7) days after the final Performance of the Licensee.
22.3 Should a Licensee default in the payment of any monies under this Agreement, The Licensor may retain sufficient monies from the Box Office Proceeds to pay for any loss or damage suffered by The Licensor arising from the Licensee’s default.
Box Office. Box Office will be open and manned continuously during the following dates and times:
(i) During WTT Production/Presentation of Show Weeks: Monday Closed Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. Performance Days One hour prior to each performance through the intermission of that performance
(ii) During WTT Non-Production/Presentation of Show Weeks: Saturday/Sunday/Monday Closed Tuesday – Friday 12:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. When WTT is producing or presenting an event, WTT must provide members of its staff to oversee the event from start to finish. A WTT representative must be on the premises throughout the duration of the event. Without in any way limiting any provision of this Agreement, in the event an emergency or urgent situation arises at or about the Theatre Centre while WTT is producing or presenting an event, WTT shall take such steps as are prudent and necessary to immediately respond to the emergency, including, without limitation, causing patrons at the Theatre Centre to vacate the premises and contacting the emergency services of the Town of Addison. No performances may take place in the facilities during Town Sponsored special events. Limited use of the facilities MAY be granted at the Managers discretion for rehearsals, builds and technical work. If permission is granted, a maximum of 15 parking passes will be issued to WTT allowing access to the Addison Airport parking area or other designated parking area at the TOWN’s discretion. During TOWN sponsored special events all dressing rooms will be available for use by the TOWN unless prior written authorization has been granted by the Manager. Cancellation of scheduled spaces will be treated as follows: Cancellation more than forty-five (45) days before scheduled date, no penalty. Cancellation less than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled date, responsible for full rental payment. It is expected that WTT will produce events, and, with the Town’s express consent, present events. Typically, “presenting” a show refers to an outside group bringing in a show or production to which WTT attaches its name. There is little risk involved but the return is often much lower and the presenter has little control over the product.
Box Office. The Box Office is to be manned by Xxxxxxx Opera House personnel ONLY.
Box Office. The engagement, coordination and supervision of Box Office staff is the exclusive responsibility of the Producer. Box Office management staff is required at each performance (responsibilities can be assumed by House Manager). Ticket sales, reservations, and promotion are the exclusive responsibility of the Producer. The Producer SHALL NOT list the Studio’s phone number, fax number, email or web address in any of the Production‟s promotional materials. Studio staff will not provide any assistance with ticket sales, either on site, on the phone or online.
