Coordination of Contracted Services. Section 287.0575, F.S., mandates various duties and responsibilities for certain State agencies and their contracted service providers, and requires the following Florida health and human services agencies to coordinate their monitoring of contracted services: Department of Children and Families, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Department of Health, Department of Elderly Affairs, and Department of Veterans Affairs, where applicable. In accordance with section 287.0575(2), F.S., each contract service provider that has more than one contract with one or more of the five Florida health and human services agencies must provide a comprehensive list of their health and human services contracts to their respective Contract Manager(s). The list must include the following information:

For the purposes of this disclosure, this contract shall be disclosed as a qualified contract based on the subcontractor relationship with the Department of Children and Families. In accordance with § 287.0575(2), Fla. Stat., each Network Service Provider that has more than one contract with one or more of the five Florida health and human services agencies must provide a comprehensive list of its health and human services contracts to the respective Contract Manager/Network Manager.   • Contracted Services The Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of this Union, in the certified area, performed by anyone, on behalf of, or at the instance of the Employer, directly or indirectly under contract or sub-contract, shall be performed by employees who are members of this Union or who shall become members in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
