Coordination with Other Work. ‌ INDOT will have four separate projects active within the Project Limits that are not part of the East End Crossing project. Developer shall be responsible for coordinating its activities with this construction work. Delays arising from coordination issues shall not be considered a Relief Event. These projects are:

Coordination with Other Work. The University reserves the right to do other Work in connection with the Project or adjacent thereto and the Contractor shall at all times conduct the Work so as to impose no hardship on the University or others engaged in the University’s Work nor to cause any unreasonable delay or hindrance thereto. Where two or more Contractors are employed on related or adjacent work, each shall conduct their operation in such a manner as not to cause delay or additional expense to the other. The Contractor shall be responsible to others engaged in the related or adjacent work for all damage to Work, to persons and to property, and for loss caused by failure to complete the Work within the specified time for completion. The Contractor shall coordinate its Work with the Work of others so that no discrepancies shall result in the Project.

Coordination with Other Work. It is understood and agreed that the work provided for in this Agreement constitutes only a part of the work being performed for the Owner by Contractor and other subcontractors. Subcontractor, therefore, agrees to perform the work called for in this Agreement in such a manner that it will not injure or damage any other work performed by Contractor or any other subcontractor, and further agrees to pay Contractor for any damage that may be caused to such other work by Subcontractor or by its agents or employees.

  • Coordination with Other Benefits The benefits provided for the Executive or the Beneficiary under this Agreement are in addition to any other benefits available to the Executive under any other plan or program for employees of the Employer. METALS, NEWCO, the STOCKHOLDERS and the COMPANY will treat all information obtained in connection with the negotiation and performance of this Agreement or the due diligence investigations conducted with respect to the Other Founding Companies as confidential in accordance with the provisions of Section 14 hereof. In addition, METALS will cause each of the Other Founding Companies to enter into a provision similar to this Section 7.1 requiring each such Other Founding Company, its stockholders, directors, officers, representatives, employees and agents to keep confidential any information obtained by such Other Founding Company.
