Coordination with Other Work. The University reserves the right to do other Work in connection with the Project or adjacent thereto and the Contractor shall at all times conduct the Work so as to impose no hardship on the University or others engaged in the University’s Work nor to cause any unreasonable delay or hindrance thereto. Where two or more Contractors are employed on related or adjacent work, each shall conduct their operation in such a manner as not to cause delay or additional expense to the other. The Contractor shall be responsible to others engaged in the related or adjacent work for all damage to Work, to persons and to property, and for loss caused by failure to complete the Work within the specified time for completion. The Contractor shall coordinate its Work with the Work of others so that no discrepancies shall result in the Project.

Coordination with Other Work. ‌ INDOT will have four separate projects active within the Project Limits that are not part of the East End Crossing project. Developer shall be responsible for coordinating its activities with this construction work. Delays arising from coordination issues shall not be considered a Relief Event. These projects are: 1. A design/build contract for the construction of the proposed Salem Road, including the proposed bridge over SR 265 depicted in the RID RD-6.11 through RD-6.24 (INDOT Construction Contract IR-34937). Contract was awarded July 31, 2012. 2. Contract for the demolition and removal of structures and clearing of trees within the Indiana portion of the Project Limits (INDOT Construction Contract IR-35205). Department anticipates advertising this contract on or about September 12, 2012. 3. Contract for the demolition and removal of structures and clearing of trees within the Kentucky portion of the Project Limits INDOT Construction Contract IR-35204). Department anticipates advertising this contract on or about September 12, 2012. 4. Contract for installation of ITS traffic management system along I-65, I-64 and I-265 (INDOT Construction Contract T-30451), plans included in RID TR-6.08. Contract was awarded February 17, 2012.

Coordination with Other Work. NATIONAL represents that it and other contractors may be working at the SITE during the performance of the CONTRACT. NATIONAL reserves the right to direct CONTRACTOR to schedule the order of performance of the WORK in such manner as not unreasonably to interfere with the performance of other work by NATIONAL and other contractors; provided, however, that such scheduling shall not, in the reasonable judgment of CONTRACTOR, impede or delay its performance of the CONTRACT in any material way.
Coordination with Other Work. 6.1 Coordination:Contractor shall coordinate work with the ODR, prior to beginning any Project Work. Additionally, prior to starting work each day, the Contractor’s superintendent shall inform and coordinate with the ODR and others as may be required. 6.2 Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with other contractors and agencies under the direction of the ODR or University personnel. This will include but is not limited to telephone, custodial, fire alarm, equipment maintenance, and grounds maintenance. 6.3 Contractor will be required to provide initial waxing of hardwood flooring per manufacturer’s requirements.
Coordination with Other Work. Contractor will do all cutting, fitting, and patching of its Work that may be required to make it’s several parts come together properly and fit it to receive or be received by such other work. Contractor will not endanger any work of others by cutting, excavating or otherwise altering their work and will only cut or alter their work with the written consent of City or Program Manager.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property. B. Additionally, the Contractor shall notify the Judicial Council of any actual or contemplated renovations or other construction that will or may occur on or adjacent to the Property during the Program, no later than fourteen (14) Days from the time the Contractor learns of such renovation or construction activity. C. For any disturbance, renovation, or construction activity that is potentially or actually inconvenient or disruptive to the Program, upon the Judicial Council’s request, the Contractor shall: i. Immediately cause such disturbance to cease, if possible, or suspend or minimize construction or renovation on the Property, if necessary, in order to maintain a proper environment for the Program; and/or ii. Immediately provide equivalent alternate space on the Property, satisfactory to the Program Manager, conducive to conducting the Program in a proper environment. D. If the Contractor is unable to comply with the conditions set forth in this provision, the Judicial Council may terminate the Agreement pursuant to the termination for cause provision set forth herein.

  • CONSULTATION WITH OTHER SUB-ADVISERS In performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser shall not consult with any other sub-adviser to the Fund or a sub-adviser to a portfolio that is under common control with the Fund concerning transactions for the Fund, except as permitted by the policies and procedures of the Fund. The Sub-Adviser shall not provide investment advice to any assets of the Fund other than the assets managed by the Sub-Adviser.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.

  • Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.

  • Completion of Due Diligence Each Purchaser shall have completed its legal, business and financial due diligence of the Company to its full satisfaction and shall be fully satisfied with the results thereof.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.
