CORPS DANCERS. ‌ a. CORPS DANCERS shall be employed on a weekly basis. If the EMPLOYER seeks to employ CORP DANCERS on a single performance basis, the parties agree to negotiate appropriate terms and conditions of employment which are substantially equivalent to the ones set forth in this Basic Agreement.

CORPS DANCERS. In the event the Employer utilizes Dancers for the Corps de Ballet other than the students of the Chautauqua School of Dance, such CORPS DANCERS shall be employed on AGMA Individual Artist’s Contracts either on a weekly basis or on a single performance basis pursuant to the terms and conditions as hereinafter set forth. (a) PERFORMANCE WEEKS (1) COMPENSATION:
CORPS DANCERS. All conditions concerning the engagement of CORPS DANCERS shall be the same as those concerning the engagement of CHORISTERS as specified in this Agreement, provided that with the approval of the CORPS DANCERS involved and following notification of AGMA, certain rehearsal restrictions and advance contracting provisions for CHORISTERS may not apply to CORPS DANCERS.
CORPS DANCERS. (a) For the 2016/2017 season and beginning in the 2018/2019 season, Employer may hire Corps Dancers for any production utilizing ten (10) or more Corps Dancers or six (6) or more Corps Dancers if all are of the same gender. (b) For any production with fewer than ten (10) Corps Dancers (or six (6) if all are of the same gender) and for productions in the 2015/16 and 2017/18 seasons all dancers for the production shall be hired as Article III Dancers.
CORPS DANCERS. In the event the EMPLOYER determines that it will employ DANCERS in an opera, the CORPS de BALLET will be compensated, as a minimum, at the rates provided below for CHORISTERS. The provisions of Paragraph 29(a) (1), (3) (other than the provisions regarding rehearsals on week days) (4), and (8) shall also apply to the CORPS de BALLET. All improvements for the CHORISTERS shall apply equally to the CORPS de BALLET.
CORPS DANCERS. All conditions concerning the engagement of CORPS DANCERS, except as modified in this Article, shall be the same as those concerning the engagement of CHORISTERS as specified in this Agreement. However, with the approval of the CORPS DANCERS involved and following notification of AGMA, certain other rehearsal restrictions for CHORISTERS may not apply to CORPS DANCERS. A. In lieu of XXXI.B.13-14, the following shall apply to CORPS DANCERS: A member of the company of CORPS DANCERS who “steps out” to be individually featured in the choreography in a significant way shall receive no less than one (1) additional Performance fee at the Regular Chorus Performance rate for each performance in which the CORPS DANCER appears as a soloist. A CORPS DANCER performing a “step out” role shall be credited separately in the program. B. With respect to CORPS DANCERS, the prohibition against weekday rehearsals beginning prior to 7:00pm in XXXI.C.3 is not applicable, and weekday daytime rehearsals are permitted to be scheduled as straight-time services, pursuant to all other rehearsal limitations. C. The provisions of XXXI.E. are not applicable to CORPS DANCERS. D. MANAGEMENT will make a studio or other appropriate space available for DANCERS to warm up before rehearsals and performances. For productions in the Xxxxxxx Theater Center, MANAGEMENT will ensure such space will have barres and marley flooring. For productions outside of the Xxxxxxx Theater Center MANAGEMENT will endeavor to ensure such space will have barres and marley flooring. E. MANAGEMENT will consult with the CHOREOGRAPHER and/or DANCE REHEARSAL DIRECTOR of each production to determine the optional warm-up class schedule.

  • Contractor Parties A Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to Perform under the Contract in any capacity.

  • Disputes between the Contracting Parties (1) Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this I Agreement should, as far as possible, be settled through negotiation. (2) If a dispute between the Contracting Parties cannot thus be settled within six months from the ist time the dispute arose, it shall upon the request of either Contracting Party be submitted to an arbitral tribunal. (3) Such an arbitral tribunal shall be constituted for each individual case in the following way. by Within two months of the receipt of the request for arbitration, each Contracting Party shall appoint one its member of the tribunal. Those two members shall then select a national of a third State who on approval by the two Contracting Parties shall be appointed Chairman of the tribunal. The Chairman shall be appointed within two months from the date of appointment of the other two members. (4) If within the periods specified in paragraph (3) of this Article the necessary appointments have in not been made, either Contracting Party may, in the absence of any other agreement, invite the President of the International Court of Justice to make any necessary appointments. If the President is a national of either Contracting Party or if he is otherwise prevented from discharging the said function, the Vice President shall be invited to make the necessary appointments. If the Vice President is a national of either Contracting Party or if he too is prevented from discharging the said function, the Member of the International Court of Justice next in seniority who is not a national of either Contracting Party shall be invited to make the necessary appointments. (5) The arbitral tribunal shall reach its decision by a majority of votes. Such decisions shall be binding on both Contracting Parties. Each Contracting Party shall bear the cost of its own member of the tribunal and of its representation in the arbitral proceedings; the cost of the Chairman and the remaining costs shall be borne in equal parts by the Contracting Parties. The tribunal may, however, in its decision direct that a higher proportion of costs shall be borne by one of the two Contracting Parties, and this award shall be binding on both Contracting Parties. The tribunal shall determine its own procedures.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.

  • Eye Examinations All represented employees, who are health service system members, shall be eligible for one (1) annual VDT examination and prescribed eyewear.

  • Eye Exam This plan covers one (1) routine or annual eye exam, per plan year, for a member’s visual acuity. Additional eye exams are covered during the plan year when there is an underlying medical condition, such as conjunctivitis. This plan covers vision hardware for members until the last day of the month in which they turn nineteen (19). This plan covers vision hardware purchased from a network provider up to the benefit limits shown below. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount you pay.

  • Contracting Parties The Government customer (Licensee) is the “Ordering Activity”, “defined as an entity authorized to order under GSA contracts as set forth in GSA ORDER 4800.2G ADM, as may be revised from time to time. The Licensee cannot be an individual because any implication of individual licensing triggers the requirements for legal review by Federal Employee unions. Conversely, because of competition rules, the contractor must be defined as a single entity even if the contractor is part of a corporate group. The Government cannot contract with the group, or in the alternative with a set of contracting parties.
