CORRUPT AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. UNFPA requires that all Suppliers observe the highest standard of ethics during procurement and execution of work. Pursuant to this policy, UNFPA defines the terms set forth as follows:
CORRUPT AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. 3.1 KPLC requires compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement and Asset Xxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, Section 62 “Declaration not to engage in corruption”. The tender submitted by a person shall include a declaration that the person shall not engage in any corrupt or fraudulent practice and a declaration that the person or his or her sub-contractors are not debarred from participating in public procurement proceedings.

CORRUPT AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. 3.1 It is JICA’s policy to require that Bidders and Contractors, as well as Borrowers, under contracts funded with Japanese ODA Loans and other Japanese ODA, observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. If the information/ documents forming basis of evaluation is found to be false/ fake/ forged, the same shall be considered adequate ground for rejection of the bids and forfeiture of xxxxxxx money deposit.
