Cost of Supervision. The hourly rate for the supervision of access to co-located facilities is $50.00 per hour. Cost of Supervision. The defendant shall comply with Idaho Code 20-225, which authorizes the Idaho Dept of Correction to collect a cost of supervision fee. The defendant shall make payments as prescribed in his/her monthly cost of supervision xxxx.
Cost of Supervision. Supervisory sessions will consist of 60 minutes of direct individual supervisory time. Unless otherwise agreed to, each supervisory session will be charged to current employer (Turning Point, Moultrie GA). If agreement is reached to continue supervision after termination of employment cost will be $75.00 per session. If 24 hours’ notice is not received of cancellation for individual sessions, the supervisee is responsible to pay for the missed time. If supervisee rescheduled a missed session, then he/she will be responsible for payment of that session at $60.00 per session.
Cost of Supervision. A. CONTRACTOR is entitled to collect from each probation and pretrial client, cost of supervision fees as may be ordered by the sentencing court and authorized by Florida Statutes. The cost of supervision may be modified by written permission of the Chief Judge and may be reviewed annually. Nothing contained herein shall preclude CONTRACTOR from establishing a sliding scale fee for those probationers not able to meet the minimum cost of supervision fee established in Florida Statutes.
