Costs & Fees. All costs associated with the transportation, turn-in, transfer, repair, maintenance, insurance, disposal, repossession or other expenses related to property obtained through the LESO Program is the sole responsibility of the State and/or LEA.

Recipients are permitted to lend the equipment received under this agreement to a teacher, administrator, student, or employee in furtherance of educational goals.

Costs & Fees. SAMPLE This Membership Agreement only provides for the Benefits specified herein according to the Membership Pan the Primary Member has selected. This Membership Agreement does not provide payment or indemnification for court costs, court reporter fees or costs, videography, civil or criminal penalties and fines, sanctions, filing fees, transcription, records cost or other costs, fees, or expenses.
Costs & Fees. All costs, including fees, expenses and charges, incurred in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and consummation of this Agreement or the Transaction contemplated herein, including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of professional advisers, shall be borne by the Party having commissioned such costs. The costs of the notarization and any transfer taxes (particularly Real Estate Transfer Taxes) shall be borne by the Purchaser.
Costs & Fees. The Parties agree that all attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred by the Parties in the preparation of this Agreement will be borne by the Party incurring the same.
Costs & Fees. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator will be borne by the party losing the grievance. If the decision does not affirm the position of either party, the arbitrator shall determine which party shall pay the cost of the arbitrator or in what proportion the parties shall share the cost. The cost of the hearing room, if any, shall be split equally by the parties. All other expenses, including the cost of attendance of witnesses, representation, purchase of transcript of proceedings, or other incidental expenses shall be borne by the party incurring them.
Costs & Fees i. The party initiating the arbitration shall pay the initial filing fee, and the Parties shall thereafter share equally (each side shall pay one-half) of the fees and costs of the arbitrator and the arbitration forum, except that:
ii. If you file the arbitration and you prevail in the arbitration, we will reimburse you for the initial filing fee; and,
iii. If the arbitrator determines that it is appropriate or necessary based on your financial resources, we shall pay more than one-half of the fees and costs of the arbitrator and the arbitration forum, in an amount to be determined by the arbitrator as fair and equitable.
iv. Each of the Parties shall bear its own legal fees and costs including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expert witness fees, subject to any right to recover such fees and costs under applicable law, which the arbitrator shall apply where applicable.
