Counter-terrorism. 1. The Parties shall work together at the bilateral, regional and international levels to prevent and combat acts of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations in accordance with applicable international law, including international counter-terrorism-related agreements, international humanitarian law and international human rights law, as applicable to the Parties, and the principles of the Charter of the United Nations. 2. The Parties shall enhance cooperation taking into account the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy and relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council. 3. The Parties shall promote dialogue and exchange of information and views as regards all acts of terrorism, and methods and practices thereof, while respecting the protection of privacy and personal data in accordance with international law and their respective laws and regulations.
Counter-terrorism. 12.1 You must ensure that funds provided under this Agreement (whether through a subcontract or not) do not provide direct or indirect support or resources to: (a) organisations and/or individuals associated with terrorism; (b) organisations and individuals for whom Australia has imposed sanctions under: the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth) and regulations made under that Act; the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011 (Cth) and regulations made under that Act or the World Bank List or a Relevant List; and 12.2 If during the term of this Agreement, you, your Personnel or your subcontractors become aware or should have reasonably become aware that funds or resources have directly or indirectly been provided to organisations or individuals associated with terrorism, you must inform us immediately. Failure to inform us in accordance with this clause (or if we reasonably suspect that you have failed to inform us) will entitle us to terminate this Agreement immediately in accordance with Clause 32.
Counter-terrorism. The Parties agree to work together at bilateral, regional and international levels to prevent and combat terrorism in full accordance with the rule of law, international law, international human rights standards, humanitarian law and relevant UN decisions, including the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy. Cooperation between the Parties shall aim to: (a) implement, as appropriate, UN resolutions, the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, and their commitments under other international conventions and instruments on countering terrorism; (b) exchange information on planned and committed acts of terrorism, forms and methods of carrying these out, and terrorist groups that plan, commit or have committed a crime in the territory of another Party, in accordance with international law and domestic legislation; (c) exchange experience in the prevention of all forms of terrorism, including public provocation on the internet to commit a terrorist offence, as well as experience with the means and methods of combating terrorism, experience in technical areas, and training, offered or paid by institutions, bodies and agencies of the European Union; (d) intensify common efforts against financing of terrorism and exchange views about processes of radicalisation and recruitment; and (e) exchange best practices in the area of protection of human rights in the fight against terrorism.
Counter-terrorism. The Supplier shall comply with the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 and have due regard for the Council’s duties under section 26 of that Act in performing its obligations under this Contract, including (where appropriate) providing training to its personnel to ensure that they are aware of such duties. The Supplier shall raise any concerns regarding extremism or terrorism with the Council.
Counter-terrorism. 1. The Parties reaffirm the importance of the fight against and the prevention of terrorism, and agree to work together at bilateral, regional and international level to prevent and combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. 2. The Parties agree that it is essential that the fight against terrorism be conducted with full respect for the rule of law and in full conformity with international law, including international human rights law, international refugee law and international humanitarian law, the principles of the UN Charter, and all relevant international counter-terrorism-related instruments. 3. The Parties stress the importance of the universal ratification and implementation of all UN counter-terrorism-related conventions and protocols. The Parties agree to promote dialogue on the draft comprehensive convention on international terrorism and to cooperate in the implementation of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy adopted by the UN General Assembly resolution A/RES/60/288 on 8 September 2006, as well as all relevant UN Security Council resolutions. 4. The Parties reaffirm the importance of a law-enforcement and judicial approach to the fight against terrorism, and agree to cooperate in the prevention and suppression of terrorism, in particular by: (a) exchanging information on terrorist groups and individuals and their support networks, in accordance with international and national law, in particular as regards data protection and the protection of privacy; (b) exchanging experience with regard to the prevention and suppression of terrorism, means and methods and their technical aspects, as well as training, in accordance with applicable law; (c) exchanging views on radicalisation and recruitment, and ways to counter radicalisation, and promote deradicalisation and rehabilitation; (d) exchanging views and experience concerning cross-border movement and travel of terrorist suspects as well as terrorist threats; (e) sharing best practices as regards the protection of human rights in the fight against terrorism, in particular in relation to criminal proceedings; (f) ensuring the criminalisation of terrorist offences and taking measures to counter the financing of terrorism; (g) taking measures against the threat of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear terrorism, and undertaking necessary measures to prevent the acquisition, transfer and use for terrorist purposes of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear m...
Counter-terrorism. 1. Consistent with UN Security Council Resolutions relating to terrorism, including UNSC Resolution 1373 (2001) and 1267 (1999) and related resolutions, the Parties are firmly committed to the international fight against terrorism, and in particular, against the financing of terrorism. It is the policy of the Funding Source to seek to ensure that none of its funds are used, directly or indirectly, to provide support to individuals or entities associated with terrorism. To those ends, UNOPS is committed to taking appropriate steps to ensure that funding provided by the Funding Source to support the Project is not used to provide assistance to, or otherwise support, terrorists or terrorist organizations, and will inform Funding Source in accordance with its organizational directives and administrative instructions.
Counter-terrorism. 12.1 The MRC acknowledges that the Australian Government has adopted a policy and laws consistent with relevant international counter-terrorism treaties and UN Security Council Resolutions 1267 (1999), 1373 (2001) and successor resolutions of not providing direct or indirect support or resources to organisations and individuals associated with terrorism. 12.2 The MRC must use its best endeavours to ensure that funding provided under this Agreement is expended in a manner consistent with international counter- terrorism treaties, UN Security Council Resolutions on terrorism and related Australian laws. If, during the course of this Agreement, the MRC discovers any link whatsoever with any organisation or individual listed by the United Nations 1267 Committee or the Australian Government as associated with terrorism it must inform AusAID immediately.

Counter-terrorism. 35.1 The Contractor must ensure that funds provided under this Contract (whether through a subcontractor or not) do not provide direct or indirect support or resources to: (a) organisations and individuals associated with terrorism; and (b) Organisations and individuals for whom Australia has imposed sanctions under: the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth) and regulations made under that Act; the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011 (Cth) and regulations made under that Act, or the World Bank List or a Relevant List. If during the course of this Contract the Contractor discovers any link whatsoever with any organisation or individual associated with terrorism it must inform DFAT immediately.
Counter-terrorism. Lactoland Trockenmilchwerk GmbH effectuates the Act against ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Al-Qaeda and the Taliban (Act (EC) No. 881/2002 with modifications) and against any persons and organisations suspected of terror (Act No. 2580/2001 with modifications) with regard to the checking the lists of names.
