County Duty to Notify Employee. 15 When an employee is delinquent, the County shall notify the employee of the 16 delinquency in writing. Notice shall be sent by certified mail. The notice shall include 17 the date on which the payment became delinquent, and the principal amount owed 18 and penalties accruing, and how the employee can cure the delinquency. The notice 19 shall also inform the employee of the right to appeal the amount of any collection fee 20 or penalty.

  • Jury Duty and Subpoena Leave Leaves of absence with pay shall be granted for jury duty. Any compensation received for jury duty performed on contracted days shall be deducted from the employee's salary.
