County Representatives. It is expressly understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the officers, officials, employees and agents of the County are acting in a representative capacity for the County of Suffolk and not for their own benefit, and that neither Lessee nor any occupant of the Premises shall have any claim against them or any of them as individuals in any event whatsoever.

County Representatives. It is understood by the parties that the Ouray County Administrator, the Ouray County Planning Director and the Ouray County Road and Bridge Superintendent may request services from the Contractor. In each instance, the Contractor is authorized to coordinate directly with such Ouray County representatives. All requests for contract interpretations, changes, clarifications, or instructions, however, shall be directed to the Ouray County Administrator.

  • Safety Representative On every job site, workers may elect a Workers’ Safety Representative in accordance with the Act.

  • Union Representatives Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties.   • Health and Safety Representatives 12.1 The Employer and its Employees will comply with Part 5 of the WHS Act – Consultation, representation and participation in relation to the establishment of a health and safety committee. To ensure a timely resolution of issues in relation to WHS, all parties may be represented on the health and safety committee.

  • Health and Safety Representative Meetings 13.1 A health and safety representative will be allowed reasonable paid time during working hours to attend occupational health and safety matters, including meetings affecting employees they represent, providing that the Representative informs their manager.
