COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER.
6.3.1 The role of County's Program Manager or his/her designee may include:
6.3.1.1 Meeting with Subrecipient's Project Manager on a regular basis.
6.3.1.2 Inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, Services, or other work provided by or on behalf of Subrecipient. However, in no event shall Subrecipient's obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Subaward be relieved, excused or limited thereby.
6.3.2 County's Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Subaward and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER. The County shall appoint a Program Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the Term of this Contract. The County’s Program Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

6.3.2 County's Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER. The County’s Program Manager will be identified in the executed Work Order and is the County’s chief contact person with respect to the day-to- day administration of the specific Work Order. The County’s Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and is not authorized to further obligate the County in any respect whatsoever.

The responsibilities of the COUNTY’S Program Manager include: ▪ meeting with the CONTRACTOR’S Project Director on a regular basis; and ▪ inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the CONTRACTOR. The COUNTY’S Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate COUNTY in any respect whatsoever.

Responsibilities of County’s Program Manager include: ▪ ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met; ▪ monitoring Contractor’s performance in the daily operation of this Contract; ▪ providing direction to Contractor in the areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements; and ▪ delegating to his/her designee(s) the responsibilities set forth above. County’s Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.

COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER. The term “County’s Program Manager” shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.2 (County’s Program Manager).
COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER. 6.1.1 Contractor shall report to County's Program Manager who shall be responsible for coordination of all administrative and contractual matters relating to this Agreement, the approval of all invoices submitted hereunder by Xxxxxxxxxx, and final acceptance of all documentation and work.
6.1.2 Upon advance approval of the County Program Manager, County may provide Contractor with reasonable or use of certain County resources, such as reasonable clerical support and County facilities, as determined by the County Program Manager, who shall be the sole judge of the reasonableness and extent of any such use. The use or non-use of County resources by Contractor shall not relieve Contractor of its responsibility to provide services and complete all work under this Agreement in a manner satisfactory to County, and shall not affect Contractor’s status as an independent Contractor.
