COUNTY'S PROGRAM MANAGER. ‌ 6.3.1 The role of County's Program Manager or his/her designee may include: 6.3.1.1 Meeting with Subrecipient's Project Manager on a regular basis. 6.3.1.2 Inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, Services, or other work provided by or on behalf of Subrecipient. However, in no event shall Subrecipient's obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Subaward be relieved, excused or limited thereby. 6.3.2 County's Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Subaward and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
