County’s Program Manager. The County’s Program Manager will be identified in the executed Work Order and is the County’s chief contact person with respect to the day-to- day administration of the specific Work Order. The County’s Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and is not authorized to further obligate the County in any respect whatsoever.
County’s Program Manager. Responsibilities of County’s Program Manager include: ▪ ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met; ▪ monitoring Contractor’s performance in the daily operation of this Contract; ▪ providing direction to Contractor in the areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements; and ▪ delegating to his/her designee(s) the responsibilities set forth above. County’s Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.

County’s Program Manager. The role of the County’s Program Manager is authorized to include:
County’s Program Manager. The County shall appoint a Program Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the Term of this Contract. The County’s Program Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. The County’s Program Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Account Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Program manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such request for removal of Contractor's Account Manager. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within three (3) days after written notice by the County’s Program Manager. The County’s Program Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Account Manager. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale for the request for removal of Contractor's Account Manager from providing further services under this Contract.
County’s Program Manager. The role of the COUNTY Program Manager is authorized to include:  ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met;  providing direction to CONTRACTOR in the areas relating to COUNTY policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements  meeting with CONTRACTOR’s Program Manager on a regular basis;  overseeing the day-to-day administration of this Contract; and  inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the CONTRACTOR; however, in no event shall CONTRACTOR’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby. The COUNTY Program Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate COUNTY in any respect whatsoever.
