Court-Required Service. An employee who serves on jury duty or as a subpoenaed witness (but not as a party to the action or as a party to an action against the University) will be provided paid release time from the regular schedule for such service, but in no case will the employee be entitled to any pay for time beyond the normal scheduled hours.
