Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. Executive agrees that during his employment with the Corporation, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination thereof, whether voluntary or involuntary, he shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of himself or any other person or entity, hire any Corporation Employee for, or solicit any Corporation Employee for the purpose of offering employment with, any entity or person (including himself) that operates a Business that is competitive with the Business of the Corporation or its Subsidiaries or that provides Business Services that are competitive with those provided by the Corporation or its Subsidiaries. “Corporation Employee,” as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who (a) is employed with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries at any time during the last six (6) months of Executive’s employment with the Corporation, and (b) either (1) has been exposed to Confidential Information or (2) has had contact with Executive through Executive’s employment with the Corporation.
Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. Executive agrees that during his employment with the Corporation, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination thereof, whether voluntary or involuntary, he shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of himself or any other person or entity, hire any Corporation Employee for, or solicit any Corporation Employee for the purpose of offering employment with, any entity or person (including himself) that provides installment, automobile purchase, or retail purchase loans to consumers that are competitive with those provided by the Corporation or its Subsidiaries. “Corporation Employee,” as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who is employed with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries at any time during the last six (6) months of Executive’s employment with the Corporation that Executive has contact with or learns Confidential Information about through his employment with the Corporation.
Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. Except with the express written permission of Employer, Executive shall not, while employed by Employer and for a period of two (2) years following the Date of Termination, directly or indirectly hire, retain or engage, or offer to hire, retain or engage, or solicit for employment or other retention or engagement of services, or otherwise induce to leave Employer, for the benefit of Executive or any other person or entity, any employee, consultant or contractor who is then employed by or engaged by Employer or was so employed or engaged as of the Date of Termination.

Employee agrees that during his employment with the Corporation, and for a period of two (2) years immediately following the termination thereof, whether voluntary or involuntary, he shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of himself or any other person or entity, hire or solicit any Corporation Employee for the purpose of offering employment with any person or entity that provides installment, automobile purchase or retail purchase loans to consumers that are competitive with those provided by the Corporation or its Subsidiaries. “Corporation Employee,” as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who is employed with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries at any time during the last six (6) months of Employee’s employment with the Corporation and with whom Employee had contact with at any time during the last year of Employee’s employment with the Corporation.
Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that he will comply with the nonsolicitation covenants contained in Section 4.9 of the Employment Agreement. However, this covenant shall not be applicable to hiring or offering to hire pursuant to a response to a general advertisement by a subsequent employer with which EMPLOYEE is affiliated, so long as these methods are not utilized to solicit or attract COMPANY employees only or to target COMPANY employees.

Executive agrees that during his employment with the Corporation, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination thereof, whether voluntary or involuntary, he shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of himself or any other person or entity, hire any Corporation Employee for, or solicit any Corporation Employee for the purpose of offering employment with, any entity or person (including himself) that provides installment,
Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. Executive agrees that, for a period of two (2) years immediately following the Termination Date, she shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of herself or any other Person, hire any employee of the Company or solicit or encourage any employee of the Company to leave employment with the Company.
Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. In accordance with Section 4.9 of the Employment Agreement, except with the express written permission of THE COMPANY, EMPLOYEE shall not, for a period of two (2) years following the Separation Date, directly or indirectly hire, retain or engage, or offer to hire, retain or engage, or solicit for employment or other retention or engagement of services, or otherwise induce to leave THE COMPANY, for the benefit of EMPLOYEE or any other person or entity, any employee or consultant who is then employed by or engaged by THE COMPANY or was so employed or engaged as of the Separation Date. This Section 11(b) shall not be construed as prohibiting EMPLOYEE from working with Mxxxxxx Xxxxxx, former President of THE COMPANY’s Generic Products Division, during the two-year period specified herein.
Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that during the Noncompetition and Nonsolicitation Period Employee shall not, and shall not permit any of his Affiliates to:
1. hire any Specified Employee (except for the hiring of Specified Employees for the Employer of any of its Affiliates), or
2. directly or indirectly, personally or through others, encourage, induce, attempt to induce, solicit or attempt to solicit (on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other Person) any Specified Employee or any other employee to leave his or her employment with the Employer of any of its Affiliates; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, that general advertising and participation at job fairs, recruiting workshops and similar career-related events by Employee shall not be deemed to violate this Article 3 to the extent that such advertising and/or participation is not directed at the Specified Employees. For purposes of this Article 3, “Specified Employee” shall mean any Person who (i) is or was an employee (except for employees of the Kiosk business) or contractor of Employer or any of its Affiliates on the effective date of this or at any time during the 90-day period prior to the effective date of this Agreement, or (ii) remains or becomes an employee or contractor of Employer or any of its Affiliates at any time during the longer of Employee’s employment with the Employer or any of its Affiliates and the Noncompetition and Nonsolicitation Period.
Covenant Not to Hire or Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that during the shorter of (i) the Noncompetition and Nonsolicitation Period and (ii) the date Employee is no longer employed with the Employer or any of its Affiliates as a result of Employee’s employment having been terminated (x) by the Employer or any of its Affiliates, as the case may be, without Cause or (y) by Employee for Good Reason, Employee shall not, and shall not permit any of his Affiliates to:
