Common use of Coverall Allowance Clause in Contracts

Coverall Allowance. Members of the Paving Crew will be entitled to a thirty-five dollar ($35.00) coverall allowance per year toward the purchase of suitable clothing for use when blacktopping, providing such members work a minimum of twelve hundred hours (1,200) hours per year on the blacktop crew. This payment to be made at the request of the employee. Employees shall return their coverall issue upon leaving the employ of the Township.
