Covered Data and Information. All records, information, and data of the District to which Service Provider has access are hereafter referred to as “CDI”. CDI includes, but is not limited to, all paper and electronic student education records, information and data supplied by the District, as well as any such records, information and data provided by students of the District, all personally identifiable records, information and data concerning students and employees of the District, and all personally identifiable information and other non-public information supplied, including but not limited to student data, employee data, and user content.
Covered Data and Information. (CDI). CDI includes paper and electronic student education record information supplied by School, as well as any data provided by School's students to Agency.
Covered Data and Information. Covered Data and Information includes Student Financial Information (defined below) required to beprotected under the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act (GLBA), as well as any credit card information received in the course of business by the UNIVERSITY, whether or not such credit card information is covered by GLBA; education records (defined below) protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA);and personal data (defined below) protected under EU GDPR. Covered data and information include both paper and electronic records.
Covered Data and Information. All records, information, and data comprising personal data of the District that, alone or in combination, is linked or linkable to a specific individual and is provided by the District to Service Provider in connection with the Underlying Agreement are hereafter referred to as “CDI”. CDI may include, but is not limited to, all paper and electronic student education records, information and data supplied by the District, as well as any such records, information and data provided by students of the District, all personally identifiable records, information and data concerning students and employees of the District, and all personally identifiable information and other non-public information supplied, including but not limited to student data, employee data, and user content.
Covered Data and Information. Covered data and information (“CDI”) includes any and all data provided by IMAGINE SCHOOLS RIVERSIDE to the Recipient pursuant to this Agreement, including any paper and electronic student education record information supplied by IMAGINE SCHOOLS RIVERSIDE.
Covered Data and Information user, you are being entrusted with access to the sensitive personal information of electors. Wisconsin law prohibits unauthorized disclosure of certain information, including dates of birth, operators’ license numbers, social security numbers, confidential elector addresses, and indications of accommodations to vote. See Wis. Stat. § 6.36(1)(b)(1). It is your responsibility to be familiar with laws governing handling and disclosure of sensitive information and to take appropriate actions to safeguard this data. The unauthorized disclosure or use of sensitive personal information may result in serious criminal or civil penalties. See Wis. Stat. § 12.60(1)(a-b); Wis. Stat. § 943.201(2); and/or 18 U.S.C. § 2724. While performing tasks on the WisVote system, you must exercise reasonable care not to access or disclose any information on the WisVote system unless it directly relates to the administration of elections, prescribed in your official duties, or as otherwise prescribed by law. This agreement covers electronic data, as well as hard copies printed from WisVote. Your ability to access or view hard copies of printed information from WisVote does not grant you the authority to disclose it.
