Covering of Loads. Contractor shall cover all open drop boxes with an industry-approved cover at the collection location before transporting materials to the designated transfer facility.
Covering of Loads. All vehicles involved in the excavation and/or demolition process and departing the property with demolition materials, spoil or loose matter must have their loads fully covered before entering the public roadway.

All vehicles must carry an acceptable absorbent material to us in the event of spills. Repair for damages caused by oil or other vehicle spills shall be at the Contractor’s expense. The Contractor will follow the spill procedures below.

Covering of Loads. Contractor will utilize all practical measures to prevent Solid Waste, Recyclables, Sludge, or Organics from leaking, spilling, or blowing out of Collection vehicles.
