COVID-19 Rules. You must comply at all times with all laws, regulations, rules and recommendations related to COVID- 19 enacted or directed by any applicable government authority from time to time (“COVID-19 Rules”). In particular, you agree to comply at all times with all rules set out by the Region of Waterloo Public Health and Emergency Services (see xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx/en/health-and- wellness/2019-novel-coronavirus.aspx for details), including those with respect to physical distancing and self-isolation. For certainty, if you fail to comply with any COVID-19 Rules, you will be in breach of the Agreement and the University of Waterloo may take disciplinary action against you, including eviction, without further notice. Campus Housing will also notify Region of Waterloo Public Health and Emergency services if necessary. COVID-19 Rules apply in all residence spaces, including your private unit and shared central complex areas. If you suspect that you may be ill due to COVID-19 or have received a positive test result for COVID-19 you must immediately contact the University of Waterloo’s Residence Life staff at xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xx . You may be moved into a residence unit intended for self-isolation. Residents must self-isolate for 14 days in the designated residence unit and will receive direction from University of Waterloo residence staff while maintaining physical distancing practices. Several precautions to promote individual student and staff, and community safety during the COVID-19 pandemic have been implemented by Campus Housing. Detailed information about these precautions and expectations are visible in community signage and on the Housing website. Residence is a community environment and it is the shared responsibility of all our community members to be informed of these rules and expectations to support the ongoing health and safety of our community.   • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace.   • Business Rules The response interval starts when the CLEC’s Mechanized Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) is submitted electronically through the Operational Support Systems interface, LENS, TAG or RoboTAG. It ends when BellSouth’s Loop Facility Assignment and Control System (LFACS) responds electronically to the CLEC with the requested Loop Makeup data via LENS, TAG or RoboTAG Interfaces. Note: The Loop Make Up Service Inquiry Form does not require the CLEC to furnish the type of Loop. The CLEC determines whether the loop makeup will support the type of service they wish to order or not and qualifies the loop. If the loop makeup will sup- port the service, a firm order LSR is submitted by the CLEC. EDI is not a pre-ordering system, and, therefore, is not applicable in this measure.
