Crew Positioning. Where a Pilot to deadhead for the purpose of positioning the completion of duty time, the Pilot shall be provided an additional rest period at least equal to one half the time spent traveling that is excess of the Pilot's maximum flight duty time.   • New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. The following criteria shall be used in making this determination:

  • New Position An approved position not reflected in the current year budget complement.

  • Workloads (a) The parties agree that patient care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice, patient acuity, fluctuating Work-Loads and fluctuating staffing are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

  • Shiftwork 28.1 In this clause Shiftwork means work comprising recurring periods in which different groups of workers do the same jobs in rotation.
