Criteria For Awards. Awarding a varsity letter is at the discretion of the coach and Athletic Director if an 80% minimum contest/practice participation requirement is not met. Behavior/Attitude: • The use of alcohol/drugs is grounds for dismissal from the team. Please refer to the Drug/Alcohol/PED policy in the handbook. • Athletes/parents shall direct any questions or concerns through proper channels of communication: first to his/her coach, then the Athletic Director, then Administration. • All athletes are reminded that they represent Downtown College Prep both on and off campus and are expected to respect teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials and be representatives of our mission to our community at large. This includes, but is not limited to, behavior in any classroom and on social media sites. Gross violations of this trust can be grounds for dismissal from their respective team. I understand the above Parent/Student Athlete Agreement as well as the rules and regulations of Downtown College Prep regarding student behavior as contained in the DCP Handbook, and agree to be bound by them. I understand that there are inherent risks involved with any athletic participation. I understand that this Parent/Student Athletics Agreement is in effect for the entire academic year.   • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP. Generally, the Government's award decision will be based on selection criteria which addresses past performance, technical acceptability, proposal risk and cost. Among other sources, evaluation of past performance may be based on past performance assessments provided by TO Program Managers on individual task orders performed throughout the life of the contract. The order of importance for the factors will be identified in the RFP for the specified task order.

  • Basis for Award The Award is made under the Plan pursuant to Section 6(f) thereof.

  • Criteria for Selection a. The Sabbatical Selection Committee shall use four (4) criteria for selection of academic employees to receive sabbaticals. These are: the merit of the sabbatical project, the applicant’s current and previous contributions to the College community, the proposal’s relevancy to the College’s Strategic Plan and whether or not the applicant has had a previous sabbatical. In instances where these criteria are equal, seniority shall be the determining factor.

  • Multiple Vendor Awards TIPS reserves the right to award multiple vendor contracts for categories when deemed in the best interest of the TIPS membership. Bidders scoring 80% or above will be considered for an award. Categories are established at the discretion of TIPS.   • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies.   • PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Upon a particular Commission’s issuance of an Order pertaining to Performance Measurements in a proceeding expressly applicable to all CLECs generally, BellSouth shall implement in that state such Performance Measurements as of the date specified by the Commission. Performance Measurements that have been Ordered in a particular state can currently be accessed via the internet at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The following Service Quality Measurements (SQM) plan as it presently exists and as it may be modified in the future, is being included as the performance measurements currently in place for the state of Tennessee. At such time that the TRA issues a subsequent Order pertaining to Performance Measurements, such Performance Measurements shall supersede the SQM contained in the Agreement.
