Criteria for Generation. The Power Producer shall maintain generation so as to achieve annual CUF within + 10% and -15% of the contracted CUF till the end of 10 years from COD, subject to the annual CUF remaining minimum of 15%, and within +10% and -20% of the contracted annual CUF thereafter till the end of the PPA duration of 25 years. The lower limit will, however, be relaxable by GUVNL to the extent of non-availability of grid for evacuation which is beyond the control of the Power Producer. The annual CUF will be calculated every year from 1st April of the year to 31st March next year.

Criteria for Generation. 6.8.3a The SPD will declare the CUF of the Project and will be allowed to revise the same once within first year after COD of the full project capacity. Subsequent to commissioning/part- commissioning of the Project, Buying Entity, in any Contract Year, shall not be obliged to purchase any additional energy from the Buyer/SPD beyond ….. Million kWh (MU) from the Solar Power Project. The above limits shall be considered on pro-rata basis with respect to the individual projects commissioned until commissioning of the entire Project capacity allocated under this Agreement. Further, for the first year of operation, the above limits shall be considered on pro-rata basis.

The declared CUF shall in no case be less than 19% over a year. They shall maintain generation so as to achieve CUF in the range of ±10 % of their declared value during PPA duration. The lower limit will, however, be relaxed by MSEDCL to the extent of grid non-availability for evacuation which is beyond the control of the Solar Power Generator.
Criteria for Generation. The annual effective CUF declared by the selected Hydro Power Generator at the time of submission of response to RfS, shall be allowed to be modified at the time of signing of PPA. Thereafter, the effective CUF for the Project shall remain unchanged for the entire term of the PPA. The declared effective CUF shall in no case be less than 20.5% over a year. Hybrid Power Developer shall maintain generation so as to achieve effective CUF in the range of ±10 % of their declared value during PPA duration. The lower limit will, however, be relaxable by MSEDCL to the extent of grid non-availability which is beyond the control of the Hybrid Power Developer.
