Declared Value. (i) for the Vasconia type Crude Oil, it will be the average of the daily closing quotes for the Vasconia Crude Oil, according to Argus’ publication during the Operation Month; (ii) for the Castilla type Crude Oil, it will be the average of the daily closing quotes for the Castilla Crude Oil, according to Argus’ publication during the Operation Month (in all cases the arithmetic average rounded to four decimal figures will be used); and (iii) for Crude Oil other than the one mentioned in items (i) and (ii) above, that does not have a quotation in Argus or in another similar publication, it will be determined utilizing the Specific Gravity (SG) average determined as a function of the API Gravity and sulfur contents (%S) of the Crude Oil to be assessed, according to the quality and quantity report of the Month of Operation, of the Crude the price of which is to be determined, according to the following formula: Price per Barrel in Dollars = b0 + (b1 * SG) + (b2 + %S) Where: b0 = Petroleum base price b1 = coefficient of the price adjustment for SG b2 = coefficient of the price adjustment for sulfur contents (%S) The values for b0, b1 and b2 utilized in this formula will be those obtained in the crude oil valuation process in the Volumetric Compensation for Quality of the Month of Operation in reference, according to the routine procedures established by the Transporter.

Declared Value. The lowest available storage rate is based upon a declared value not to exceed 60¢ per pound of weight per article, which shall be the value for all purposes herein. Whether or not Depositor opts to purchase valuation coverage or third party insurance, in no event shall the liability of The Warehouseman for loss or damage however caused exceed 60¢ per pound of weight per article. The Warehouseman shall be released and held harmless by Depositor for any and all loss or damage due to causes other than those resulting from the negligence of The Warehouseman and/or its employees.
Declared Value. Declarations of Declared Value are between the Exhibitor and the selected Carrier only and are in no way an extension of TEG’s maximum liability stated herein. Declared Value. 7.1 The Shipper agrees the declared value on this waybill is equivalent to the actual cash value of the Shipment (“Declared Value”). The Declared Value of a Shipment must be evident by an authentic, valid and original commercial invoice or receipt, which SF shall have the sole and absolute discretion to accept, inspect and verify thereof to its satisfaction or to reject thereof without giving any reason. For any shipment with Declared Value in excess of the limit of declared value published on the official website of SF, the Shipper agrees that SF is entitled for additional charges in accordance with SF’s charging standards. 7.2 For the avoidance of doubt, regardless of whether SF accepts or rejects a Shipment with a Declared Value specified on the waybill, it shall not be constituted a waiver of the Shipper’s Warranties and Indemnity under clause 6 hereof or SF’s limitation of liability under clause 3 hereof. Save and except Shipment that acquires the Shipment Protection Plus Service, SF’s entire liability shall be limited to clause 3 hereof.
Declared Value. Supplier shall not specify a ‘carriage/declared value’ and will thus leave the appropriate section of the courier waybill blank. Supplier shall accurately fill in the ‘customs value’ section of the courier waybill. Supplier shall use the Transfer Price as the value for customs on the commercial invoice/other shipping document and on the carrier’s waybill. Free of charge replacements shall be declared with a value for customs that was used on the original Purchase Order.

Safe Drop Program No Signature Required shipments must qualify with our Safe drop process. Safe drop is a driver discretion process by which Canpar Express will leave the package in a location that is sheltered from weather and cannot be easily seen from non-residents of the delivery address. Drivers will take into consideration the location, type of product, weather, traffic flow and other parameters to ensure safe drop is the proper method of completing the No Signature Required delivery. Excluded from the process of safe drop are deliveries made to apartments and condominiums. In instances whereby the receiver is not home, our notice of delivery process shall ensue. Canpar Express will not compensate or be liable to the shipper or receiver on a joint or single basis, for and/or against any claims or liabilities resulting from the delivery of a safe drop package or shipment. Signature Release Program Receivers that do not require a signed proof of delivery and that are not subject to agreements requiring a signature on delivery may waive this requirement for a one time or all future courier shipments by enrolling in Canpar Express’s Shipment Release Program. A Signature Release Form must be completed to waive the delivery signature for one or all future shipments. Where a release is elected, Canpar Express may leave shipment(s) at the receiver address unattended and without obtaining a signed proof of delivery, and the shipper is bound by the liability release contained in the above-mentioned authorization form. The shipper and the receiver will indemnify Canpar Express on a joint or single basis, from and against any claims or liabilities resulting from the delivery of a signature release package or shipment. The Signature Release Program is not eligible for: • Dangerous Goods Shipments • Chain of Signature Shipments • Condominiums or Apartment buildings Canpar Express will use at its discretion the right to disqualify SRP. This includes circumstances in which a Canpar Express Driver is of the opinion that a shipment will be at risk of loss or damage. The driver may elect not to leave the shipment without a signature.
