Common use of Critical Illness Leave Clause in Contracts

Critical Illness Leave. Employees shall be entitled to up to thirty-six (36) weeks’ Critical Illness Leave for a child and up to sixteen (16) weeks’ Critical Illness Leave for an adult.

Employees shall be entitled to unpaid Critical Illness Leave as follows: (a) up to thirty-six (36) weeks’ Critical Illness Leave for leave to provide care or support to a child and under the age of eighteen (18); and/or (b) up to sixteen (16) weeks’ Critical Illness Leave for leave to provide care or support to an adultadult family member.

Employees shall be entitled to up to allowed thirty-six seven (3637) weeks’ Critical Illness Leave weeks of unpaid critical illness leave for a child under 18 and up to sixteen seventeen (1617) weeks’ Critical Illness Leave weeks of unpaid critical illness leave for an adultadults.
