CRM Service. SherWeb’s application service for managing relationships with customers, including the capture, storage, and analysis of information, created using Microsoft Dynamics® CRM. Such Services are provided as network-based Services and each charged for on a monthly subscription basis. SherWeb provides all server and software maintenance, including 24/7 monitoring, testing and deployment of software patches, bug fixes, service packs, and same-version upgrades, and monitors and manages user accounts according to the provisions set forth in this SLA. Each Service also includes the provision of SherWeb’s proprietary account provisioning and management interface for use by Your corporate administrator and users in managing Your organization’s accounts.

Each Service also includes the provision of PLEX’s proprietary account provisioning and management interface for use by Your corporate administrator and users in managing Your organization’s accounts.

Such Services are provided as network-based Services and each charged on a monthly subscription basis. ECS provides all server and software maintenance, including 24/7 monitoring, testing and deployment of software patches, bug fixes, service packs, and same-version upgrades, and monitors and manages user accounts according to the provisions set forth in this SLA. Each Service also includes the provision of ECS’s proprietary account provisioning and management interface for use by Your corporate administrator and users in managing Your organization’s accounts.

Related to CRM Service

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time.

  • Service Provider The Service Provider also represents at the date this Agreement is entered into and any Service is used or provided:

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Level of Service 4.1.1 Each Member and New Market Entrant shall:

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.
