Cumulative Sick Leave. Unused sick leave days may accumulate to a maximum credit of 360 days per teacher. Part-time teachers may accumulate sick leave days up to a maximum in the same proportion as the number of days they work is to the number of days a full-time teacher works.

Cumulative Sick Leave. Unused Teachers who do not use all of their sick leave days during any one-year may accumulate to a maximum credit all of 360 days per teacher. Part-time teachers may accumulate sick leave days the unused portion up to a maximum in the same proportion as the number of two hundred (200) days they work is to the number of effective July 1, 2001. Each teacher will be credited with fourteen (14) sick leave days a full-time per year. Effective July 1, 2002, each teacher workswill be credited with fifteen (15) sick leave days per year.
