CUSTODIAL SUPERVISION. The contractor shall provide formal on-the-job training and conduct meetings with the contractor's employees on the contractor's own time. The Custodial Superintendent or his designee SHALL be advised in advance of the scheduled dates and times of these training sessions and may elect to attend. The contract shall provide previously trained and experienced housekeeping personnel for use on this contract. Also, the contractor shall supply each employee with a specific duty listing with frequency of performance. A copy of these listings shall be posted by the contractor in all janitors’ closets and storage rooms. The contractor shall furnish complete copies of the contract Special Provisions and Specifications, etc. to the Regional Supervisor, Supervisors and Working Supervisors for their use in monitoring the performance of this contract.
CUSTODIAL SUPERVISION. During the school term, building operators, custodial swing leads, custodial assistants, and substitute custodians governed by this Agreement shall be responsible to those outlined in their job description and in conjunction with the custodial crew leader or the custodial assistant crew leader and the building administration. Custodian Inspection Form The custodian inspection form will provide an area for building operator and the custodian comments as part of the inspection record. Graveyard Shift If any employee is required to work a majority of the graveyard shift, he/she shall receive fifty cents (.50) per hour shift differential.
CUSTODIAL SUPERVISION. During the school term, custodians, custodial assistants, and other regular employees of the building governed by this Agreement shall be responsible to the building principal or his/her designee. The employee shall be informed when he/she is responsible to a principal’s designee and of the responsible supervisor during non-school months. Emergency Help In emergency situations where a custodian must request help, an attempt will be made to call the regular night employee from that building for the work before a substitute employee is called.
