Customer Networks Clause Samples

Customer Networks. Customer acknowledges that changes to Customer’s computer networks may adversely affect the performance of the Q2 Services; any services provided by Q2 as a result of such changes are subject to Q2’s standard time and materials charges. Any changes made to Customer’s network by Customer after Q2 has begun implementation of the Q2 Services may subject Customer to additional out of scope service charges.
Customer Networks. You may access the Internet via TekWav from secondary computers on a home network within the limits of the Acceptable Use Policy. Your home network is not part of your Internet Wireless service or Equipment. Allowing someone to connect to your home network from outside your premises and use your TekWav service is strictly prohibited. If you do this, we may close your account. Giving someone outside your household or business your TekWav login name and password is strictly prohibited.
Customer Networks. The Subscription may only be provided for computer systems and networks leased to or owned by Customer, and under Customer’s control, up to the number of Nodes allowed, as set forth on the applicable Order. If at any time during the Subscription Term, the number of Covered Systems exceeds the number of allowed Nodes set forth on the Order by more than ten percent (10%), FireEye will issue an invoice for the additional Nodes, pro-rated for the remainder of the then-current Subscription Term, at FireEye’s then-current rates.
Customer Networks. CUSTOMER acknowledges that changes to CUSTOMER’s computer networks may adversely affect the performance of the DEALER Services. Therefore, if CUSTOMER changes its computer networks after Acceptance without receiving written approval from DEALER, then CUSTOMER assumes all risks.

Your home network is not part of your Internet Wireless service or Equipment. Swift-Net is not responsible for the possible additional wireless coverage needed for your residence or business. Allowing someone to connect to your home network from outside your premises and use your Swift-Net service is strictly prohibited. If you do this, we may close your account. Giving someone outside your household or business your Swift-Net login name and password is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstance will Swift-Net be liable for VoIP service interruptions or lack of Emergency 911 calling features. You agree and understand that emergency 911 features will not be available to 911 Dispatch centers including location information and/or client information and further more that 911 dispatch centers may receive incorrect or false information. You agree that phone and VoIP services are in no way considered essential services and as such are used entirely at your own risk in an emergency situation.
