Customer’s Responsibility for District’s Property. The Customer shall exercise all reasonable and proper precautions to prevent damage to any District property on customer’s premises, including meter, instrument, transformer, service conductors and any other equipment installed and owned by the District. All such equipment shall become and remain the properties of the District and may be removed at the District’s discretion. In the event District property is damaged because of customer negligence, the customer shall reimburse the District for any associated costs. The District may disconnect and remove the electric facilities from property where such damage persists. No unauthorized person shall connect any house, premises, wire or appliances to the District’s system for the purpose of securing electric energy. Any such act shall be subject to prosecution under the law. (See Meter Tampering/Power Theft).

  • Customer’s Responsibilities 9.1 If and to the extent applicable or under the control of the Customer, Customer shall provide complete and accurate information regarding requirements for the Project and the Site(s), including, without limitation, constraints, space requirements, underground or hidden facilities and structures, and all applicable drawings and specifications.

  • Supplier’s Responsibilities 14.1 The Supplier shall supply all the Goods and Related Services included in the Scope of Supply in accordance with GCC Clause 12, and the Delivery and Completion Schedule, as per GCC Clause 13.

  • Engineers Responsibility The Engineer shall be responsible for the accuracy of its work and shall promptly make necessary revisions or corrections resulting from its errors, omissions, or negligent acts without compensation. The Engineer will not be relieved of the responsibility for subsequent correction of any such errors or omissions or for clarification of any ambiguities until after the construction phase of the project has been completed.

  • CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which contractor/renter may be held responsible for damages resulting from contractor/renter’s operations, acts, omissions or negligence. Insurance coverage obtained in the minimum amounts specified above shall not relieve contractor/renter of liability in excess of such minimum coverage, nor shall it preclude the fair from taking other actions available to it under contract documents or by law, including, but not limited to, actions pursuant to contractor/renter’s indemnity obligations. The contractor/renter indemnity obligations shall survive the expiration, termination or assignment of this contract.

  • Buyer’s Responsibility Buyer shall obtain and maintain all distribution, transmission and interconnection rights and agreements (including all Governmental Authority approvals) required to enable transmission and delivery of electric energy at and after the Delivery Point.
