Customer’s Transfer Obligations. In respect of Transferred Personal Data under any Agreement, Customer will:
Customer’s Transfer Obligations. In respect of Transferred Personal Data, Customer will: ● enter into Model Contract Clauses as the exporter of such data, if under European Data Protection Law Google reasonably requires Customer to do so; and ● use an Alternative Transfer Solution offered by Google in respect of such data and take any action (which may include execution of documents) strictly required to give full effect to such solution if under European Data Protection Law Google reasonably requires Customer to do so.
Customer’s Transfer Obligations. In respect of Transferred Personal Data, Customer agrees that if under European Data Protection Legislation ETQ reasonably requires Customer to enter into EU standard contractual clauses or use another appropriate safeguard offered by ETQ, and reasonably requests that Customer take any action (which may include execution of documents) required to give full effect to such solution, Customer will do so.

If under the European Data Protection Legislation Google reasonably requires Customer to use an Alternative Transfer Solution offered by Google, and reasonably requests that Customer take any action (which may include execution of documents) strictly required to give full effect to such solution, Customer will do so.

In respect of Transferred Personal Data, Customer agrees that if under European Data Protection Legislation Botsify Inc. reasonably requires Customer to use another Transfer Solution offered by Botsify Inc. (other than the Standard Contractual Clauses, which are attached hereto as Appendix 3 and incorporated by reference to the extent that Customer is transferring Customer Personal Data out of the UK/EAA or Switzerland to Botsify Inc.) and Botsify Inc. reasonably requests that Customer take any action (which may include execution of documents) required to give full effect to such solution, Customer will do so.

In respect of Transferred Personal Data, Customer agrees that if under European Data Protection Legislation Blinkfire Analytics reasonably requires Customer to enter into Model Contract Clauses or use another Transfer Solution offered by Blinkfire Analytics, and reasonably requests that Customer take any action (which may include execution of documents) required to give full effect to such solution, Customer will do so.
