Cyber Security Training. Pursuant to Section 2054.5192, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER and its employees, officers, and subcontractors who have access to A&M System’s computer system and/or database must complete a cybersecurity training program certified under Section 2054.519, Texas Government Code, and selected by A&M System. The cybersecurity training program must be completed by PROVIDER and its employees, officers, and subcontractors during the Term and any renewal period of this Agreement. PROVIDER shall verify completion of the program in writing to A&M System within the first thirty (30) calendar days of the Term and any renewal period of this Agreement. PROVIDER acknowledges and agrees that its failure to comply with the requirements of this Section are grounds for A&M System to terminate this Agreement for cause in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of this Agreement.

Cyber Security Training. Provider represents and warrants that it will comply with the requirements of Section 2054.5192 of the Texas Government Code relating to cybersecurity training and required verification of completion of the training program.
Cyber Security Training. Pursuant to Section 2054.5192, Texas Government Code, Astadia and its employees, officers, and subcontractors who have access to End User’s computer system and/or database must complete a cybersecurity training program certified under Section 2054.519, Texas Government Code, and selected by End User. The cybersecurity training program must be completed by Astadia and its employees, officers, and subcontractors during the Term and any renewal period of this Agreement. Astadia shall verify completion of the program in writing to End User within the first sixty (60) calendar days of the Term and any renewal period of this Agreement. Astadia acknowledges and agrees that its failure to comply with the requirements of this Section are grounds for End User to terminate this Agreement for cause in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of this Agreement.

  • Cybersecurity Training A.   • Security Safeguards Contractor shall store and process District Data in accordance with commercial best practices, including implementing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that are no less rigorous than those outlined in SANS Top 20 Security Controls, as amended, to secure such data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and use. Contractor shall ensure that all such safeguards, including the manner in which District Data is collected, accessed, used, stored, processed, disposed of and disclosed, comply with all applicable federal and state data protection and privacy laws, regulations and directives, including without limitation C.R.S. § 00-00-000 et seq., as well as the terms and conditions of this Addendum. Without limiting the foregoing, and unless expressly agreed to the contrary in writing, Contractor warrants that all electronic District Data will be encrypted in transmission and at rest in accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-57, as amended.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course.   • Data Security Requirements Without limiting Contractor’s obligation of confidentiality as further described in this Contract, Contractor must establish, maintain, and enforce a data privacy program and an information and cyber security program, including safety, physical, and technical security and resiliency policies and procedures, that comply with the requirements set forth in this Contract and, to the extent such programs are consistent with and not less protective than the requirements set forth in this Contract and are at least equal to applicable best industry practices and standards (NIST 800-53).
