D uration. This agreement shall be effective from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023—extended 2 additional years from the current fiscal year signed below, however, issues within the contract related to compensation shall be open to bargaining annually. Additionally, any topic in this agreement can be opened at any time by mutual agreement of both parties.
D uration. (a) This Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect until terminated as provided in this Agreement.
(b) This Agreement may be terminated by written notice of either of the Parties to the other Party of an intention to terminate the Agreement. Any such written notice shall serve automatically to terminate this Agreement ten (10) days after the date such notice is sent to the other party via certified or registered mail.
(c) This Agreement may be terminated immediately by either of the Parties for breach of this Agreement, its attachments, or any other agreement referred to herein.
D uration. All appointments for fifty-six (56) hour work week employees from officially promulgated employment lists for original entrance shall be subject to an eighteen (18) month probationary period. All appointments from officially promulgated employment lists for promotion shall be subject to a one (1) year probationary period. All appointments for forty (40) hour work week employees from officially promulgated employment lists for original entrance and promotion shall be subject to a probationary period. For original entrance appointments, the probationary period shall be for one (1) year. For promotional appointments, the probation period shall be one (1) year duration.
D uration. FMLA leave shall be granted twelve (12) weeks of leave during a twelve (12) month period. Part time employees who have established eligibility shall be granted FMLA leave proportional to their contracted employment.
D uration. 1.2.1 Each provision of this Agreement goes into effect when the term of this Agreement begins and goes out of effect when the term of this Agreement ends unless the provision in question expressly states a different beginning or ending date in which case such different date shall apply.
1.2.2 This Agreement shall begin on the Execution Date by representatives of both parties. The beginning date shall then be retroactive to July 1,2016 at 12:01 a.m. The ending date shall be midnight June 30,2021. Any employee who has separated or does separate from employment prior to the date on which this collective bargaining agreement, term commencing July 1, 2016, is ratified by both parties, shall not receive any retroactive adjustments either in salary or any fringe benefits.

D uration. The term of this Agreement shall run from the date the Parties execute it to a date three calendar E ffect of Payment Suspension.
