Daily and Weekly Hours of Work. The regular hours of work for all employees shall average seventy-five hours (exclusive of meal periods) in a pay period. The intent of this clause is as far as possible to provide for a five day work week with two days in seven off duty, and where possible the days off to be consecutive. It is understood normal hours include those required to accommodate the change from Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time and vice-versa. It is further understood that the amount of regular pay for a full normal shift worked shall not be affected by reason of the change in the number of normal hours worked in consequence of such change from Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time and vice versa. The regular hours of work working day for all employees covered by this Agreement shall average seventyconsist of seven and one-five hours (exclusive half hours, excluding any meal periods which, except under emergency conditions, shall be continuous and uninterrupted for a period or periods of meal periods) in a pay periodnot less than one-half hour each. The work-week for all full-time employees over a two-week cycle shall be an average of thirty seven and one-half hours, with an average of five working days per work-week. Where call back is immediately prior to the commencement of their regular shift, the call back pay will only apply to the point of commencement of a regular shift at the rate of time and one-half after which they shall revert back to the regular shift. Call back pay shall cover all calls within the four (4) hour period provided for under (a). If a second call takes place after four (4) hours have elapsed from the time of the first call, it shall be subject to a second call back premium, but in no case shall an employee collect two call back premiums within one such four (4) hour period, and to the extent that call back and extends into the hours of his shift.
