Common use of Daily entitlement Clause in Contracts

Daily entitlement. The travelling allowances prescribed in this clause shall not be taken into account in calculating overtime, penalty rates, annual or sick leave, but shall be payable for any day upon which the employee in accordance with the employer's requirements works or reports for work or allocation of work and the paid day off as prescribed by Clause 11 (1) and Clause 16 (4).

The travelling allowances prescribed in this clause shall not be taken into in to account in calculating overtime, penalty rates, annual or sick personal leave, but shall be payable for any day upon which the employee in accordance with the employer's employers requirements works or reports for work or allocation of work and for the paid rostered day off as prescribed by Clause 11 (1) and Clause 16 (4).in the following clauses of this Agreement;

Daily entitlement. The travelling travel and fares allowances prescribed in this clause shall are not to be taken into account in calculating overtime, penalty rates, annual or sick paid leave, but shall RDO’s or any other days where the Employee has not reported to work on the worksite or office/workshop within which Ordinary Hours are worked. However, the travel allowance component will be payable for any day upon which the employee in accordance with the employer's requirements works or reports for work or allocation of work and the paid day off Employer approved Training as prescribed by per Clause 11 (1) and Clause 16 (4)3.15.

Subject to the foregoing provisions a fare shall be deemed to have been incurred if the employee has used a bicycle or other means of locomotion or has walked instead of using a public conveyance.
