Privacy Principles. 1.2.1 HMG is developing a set of principles relating to privacy which will guide Identity Assurance. Principles are expected to cover the following: User Control - Identity Assurance can only take place with consent Transparency - Identity Assurance can only take place in ways that customers understand and when they are fully informed Multiplicity - choice over Identity Providers / number of Identity Providers used Data Minimisation - transactions will only use the minimum data necessary to meet a customers needs Data Quality - choice over when to update records User Access and Portability - copies of data to be available on request and ability to move/remove data upon request Governance / Certification - customers can trust the service because they know all participants have been accredited Problem Resolution - Independent Arbiters to resolve problems Exceptional Circumstances - exceptions to be approved by Parliament and subject to independent scrutiny

Privacy Principles. The Contractor agrees to be bound by the Information Privacy Principles and any Code of Practice (Principles) with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Contractor under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as the Principal would have been bound by the Principles in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by the Principal.
Privacy Principles. The Licensee must comply with, and ensure that its personnel (including employees, contractors, agents, subcontractors and third party service providers) involved in performing services under this agreement, comply with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Xxx 0000 (Cwlth) and any other applicable privacy laws or codes when accessing, collecting, storing, using or otherwise handling personal information in connection with this agreement including in the same way and to the same extent as OPL would have been bound if OPL had done the act or engaged in the practice.

A copy of the DC Bank Privacy Code will be made available to you when you open an Account. The DC Bank Privacy Code is also available on our web site at xxx.XXXxxx.xx. By applying to open an Account with us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Code. You also agree that in order to establish your identification and to protect both you and DC Bank from fraud, we may col- lect and use your personal information that has been obtained from credit bureaus, credit reporting agencies, and credit insurers.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your non-public personal information. Accordingly, we have developed internal policies and practices in an effort to protect the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information while still meeting your needs. We are providing this notice to you so that you will know what kinds of information we collect about you, how we use that information, the circumstances in which that information may be disclosed to third parties, and certain rights you may have with respect to that information. This notice (“Notice”) relates to current, former, and prospective investors in the Fund who provide non-public personal information to Stone Point. You can find our privacy policy at wxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. This Notice may be changed at any time. If there are changes, documents containing the revised notice will be updated. If you are an investor or prospective investor and you provide personal information on behalf of any natural person to us, you should provide a copy of this notice to that person. For purposes of this Notice, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. It includes “nonpublic personal information” as such term is defined under federal securities laws. It does not include de-identified or aggregate information, or public information lawfully available from governmental records.
Privacy Principles. 16.1.1 The Contractor agrees to be bound by (and will ensure that its Personnel are bound by) the PDP Act and the Health Records Act (including the Privacy Principles), any applicable Code of Practice, and the privacy procedures and policies which form part of the V/Line Policies and Procedures with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Contractor under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as V/Line would have been bound by the Privacy Principles and any applicable Code of Practice in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by V/Line.
