Privacy Principles. HMG is developing a set of principles relating to privacy which will guide Identity Assurance. Principles are expected to cover the following: User Control - Identity Assurance can only take place with consent Transparency - Identity Assurance can only take place in ways that customers understand and when they are fully informed Multiplicity - choice over Identity Providers / number of Identity Providers used Data Minimisation - transactions will only use the minimum data necessary to meet a customers needs Data Quality - choice over when to update records User Access and Portability - copies of data to be available on request and ability to move/remove data upon request Governance / Certification - customers can trust the service because they know all participants have been accredited Problem Resolution - Independent Arbiters to resolve problems Exceptional Circumstances - exceptions to be approved by Parliament and subject to independent scrutiny
Privacy Principles. When Processing Personal Data as Controller in the context of performance of this Agreement, Partner shall ensure:
a. that the Personal Data is Processed lawfully and fairly;
b. that it Processes such Personal Data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes in accordance with Technology and Data Laws and does not further Process Personal Data in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes;
c. that the Processing shall be limited to what is adequate, relevant and necessary in relation to the purposes for which Partner Processes such Personal Data, including by ensuring that any individual acting under its authority who has access to Personal Data does not process it except on instructions from Partner;
d. that such Personal Data it Processes is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date, including by taking every reasonable step to ensure that Personal Data that is inaccurate is erased or rectified without delay; e. that such Personal Data is kept in a form which permits identification of Data Subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data are Processed; and
Privacy Principles. The Contractor agrees to be bound by the Information Privacy Principles and any Code of Practice (Principles) (with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Contractor under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as the Principal would have been bound by the Principles in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by the Principal.
Privacy Principles. The Licensee must comply with, and ensure that its personnel (including employees, contractors, agents, subcontractors and third party service providers) involved in performing services under this agreement, comply with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Xxx 0000 (Cwlth) and any other applicable privacy laws or codes when accessing, collecting, storing, using or otherwise handling personal information in connection with this agreement including in the same way and to the same extent as the Issuers would have been bound if the Issuers had done the act or engaged in the practice. Privacy Principles. A copy of the “ChoicePoint Privacy Principles” (“Privacy Principles”) can be found on ChoicePoint’s web site located at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/commitment. With respect to personal information regarding individual consumers and businesses, the parties agree as follows: CPPR has adopted the Privacy Principles and Subscriber will not commit any action which causes Subscriber or CPPR to be in violation of the Privacy Principles.
Privacy Principles. The Supplier must:
(a) comply with the Privacy Law and Principles with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Supplier in relation to the Contract Data or otherwise under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as the School Council and/or the Department would have been bound had it been directly done or engaged in by the School Council and/or the Department; and
(b) have an up-to-date privacy policy and implement appropriate procedures and practices to ensure that its handling and processing of Personal Information complies with the Privacy Law and Principles.
Privacy Principles. Stone Point considers privacy to be fundamental to our relationship with you and our other investors. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your non-public personal information. Accordingly, we have developed internal policies and practices in an effort to protect the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information while still meeting your needs. We are providing this notice to you so that you will know what kinds of information we collect about you, how we use that information, the circumstances in which that information may be disclosed to third parties, and certain rights you may have with respect to that information. This notice (“Notice”) relates to current, former, and prospective investors in the Fund who provide non-public personal information to Stone Point. You can find our privacy policy at wxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. This Notice may be changed at any time. If there are changes, documents containing the revised notice will be updated. If you are an investor or prospective investor and you provide personal information on behalf of any natural person to us, you should provide a copy of this notice to that person. For purposes of this Notice, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. It includes “nonpublic personal information” as such term is defined under federal securities laws. It does not include de-identified or aggregate information, or public information lawfully available from governmental records.
Privacy Principles. The Supplier agrees to be bound by (and will make sure that its Personnel are bound by) the PDP Act and the HR Act (including the Privacy Principles) and any applicable Code of Practice (together, the Privacy Obligations) with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Supplier under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as the Department would have been bound had it been directly done or engaged in by the Department.
Privacy Principles. We are committed to keeping individuals' personal information accurate, confidential, secure and private. A copy of the DC Bank Privacy Code will be made available to you when you open an Account. The DC Bank Privacy Code is also available on our web site at xxx.XXXxxx.xx. By applying to open an Account with us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Code. You also agree that in order to establish your identification and to protect both you and DC Bank from fraud, we may col- lect and use your personal information that has been obtained from credit bureaus, credit reporting agencies, and credit insurers.
Privacy Principles. In connection with Supplier's processing of Personal Information that is subject to the Privacy Principles:
1. Supplier will (i) provide at least the same level of privacy and data security protection as is required under the Privacy Principles and (ii) process such Personal Information only to perform the Services under Supplier's contract with LSC or as otherwise instructed by LSC;
2. If Supplier determines that it is unable to protect such Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Principles, it will (i) immediately notify LSC; (ii) immediately cease processing such Personal Information, (iii) take reasonable and appropriate steps to remediate such inability, and (iv) immediately notify LSC upon such remediation; and
3. Without the prior consent of LSC, Supplier will not disclose or otherwise transfer any Personal Information that is subject to the Privacy Principles (i) outside of the United States, or (ii) to any third party, except as required by applicable law or court order.
