Data Enrichment Schedule. The applicable Table below shows an approximate schedule for Data Enrichment which Ariba and Customer will jointly refine at the beginning of Phase 1. (Note: the number of source systems of Spend Data, data quality and volume influence the actual schedule.) Table 1 applies to Data Enrichment for Ariba Spend Visibility and Ariba Spend Visibility Basic for SAP SPM. Table 2 applies to Data Enrichment for Ariba Spend Visibility with Data Transformation Services.   • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY. The CITY and FIRST PARTY shall agree in writing to any changes in compensation and/or changes in FIRST PARTY’s services before the commencement of any work. If FIRST PARTY deems work he/she has been directed to perform is beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work, FIRST PARTY shall immediately inform the CITY in writing of the fact. The CITY shall make a determination as to whether such work is in fact beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work. In the event that the CITY determines that such work does constitute extra work, it shall provide compensation to the FIRST PARTY in accordance with an agreed cost that is fair and equitable. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY.   • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all CBB NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. CBB’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when CBB is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s critical contact information for CBB’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBB. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • ATTACHMENT B FORM OF RELEASE AGREEMENT

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.
