Uploaded Data definition

Uploaded Data. Data that has been uploaded by the Customer to the CertCheck Database via the upload Facility;
Uploaded Data means any data or information uploaded by You onto the NMF Platform or provided by You to be uploaded onto the NMF Platform and/or data required by Us from You to verify the Flexibility Services or P2P Services;
Uploaded Data means commercial financial information or data provided by or on behalf of SR to SP and/or its Affiliated Companies, or input or uploaded by or on behalf of SR (or any of its users) into the Services. Each time SR uses the Services, SR shall be deemed to represent and warrant that (i) SR has all requisite rights to enable SR’s users and, if applicable, third parties to receive, access and use Uploaded Data and (ii) Uploaded Data does not infringe any intellectual property, proprietary or other right of any person. Without limiting any other rights of SP, if SP or its Affiliated Companies provide any Uploaded Data to any person at the request of SR or any of its users, SR agrees that such provision of Uploaded Data does not violate any contractual obligation SP owes to SR. SR shall not upload to the Services, or permit any person to upload on behalf of SR, any data or information obtained in connection with any other product offered or made available by SP or its Affiliated Companies.

Examples of Uploaded Data in a sentence

  • You shall have sole responsibility for, and agree to assume all liability related to, the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership of or right to use any and all Uploaded Data.

  • You or the Administrator may, request that HSPS remove, modify, edit or otherwise alter any Uploaded Data.

  • You or the administrator(s) designated by You (“Administrator”) shall have control over all applicable Uploaded Data submitted to the Service, and all Uploaded Data will be deemed to be owned by You.

  • If HSPS on its own or through any third party has notice that Uploaded Data stored by You and/or Users is in violation of any law or infringes third party rights, HSPS shall have the right to, without liability to You or User and without prior notice, immediately suspend your access to the Service and the Uploaded Data.

  • You agree and acknowledge that HSPS has no obligation to retain Uploaded Data (as defined herein) and that such Uploaded Data may be irretrievably deleted in accordance with HIPAA, the Business Associate Agreement between You and HSPS, and HSPS’s data retention policies.

  • If You experience loss of Uploaded Data, HSPS may use reasonable efforts to attempt to restore such data from the most recent working backup; provided, however, HSPS gives no warranties with respect to recovering or restoring any Uploaded Data.

  • With respect to Uploaded Data that contains individually identifiable health information, the parties agree to comply the provisions of HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreement between You and HSPS.

  • All copyrights and/or other intellectual property rights, title and interests in a) software on which the Service is based and made available to You and/or User, b) source codes or other software components of the Service, c) content of the website xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and the Service including text and graphics, excluding Uploaded Data, d) trademarks, names, etc.

  • HSPS does not own any data, information or material that You or others submit to the Service in the course of using the Service ("Uploaded Data").

  • HSPS shall have no responsibility for the Uploaded Data, including, without limitation, the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any Uploaded Data.


More Definitions of Uploaded Data

Uploaded Data means information or data provided by or on behalf of SR to SP and/or its Affiliated Companies, or input or uploaded by or on behalf of SR into the Services.
Uploaded Data means any data, information, or material uploaded by You, Authorized Users or End Users to the Service.
Uploaded Data means any data, including Personal Data and Non‐Identifying Data, that is uploaded into the Platform by You or on Your behalf to be analysed.
