Uploaded Data means any data or information uploaded by You onto the NMF Platform or provided by You to be uploaded onto the NMF Platform and/or data required by Us from You to verify the Flexibility Services or P2P Services;

Examples of Uploaded Data in a sentence

  • We are not required to store, maintain, or provide you or Your Company with any Uploaded Data, and therefore, you and Your Company will need to keep copies of all Uploaded Data.

  • You shall have sole responsibility for, and agree to assume all liability related to, the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership of or right to use any and all Uploaded Data.

  • Licensee shall be able to manage the Uploaded Data via its Administrator Account and via SCENE in order to set up user accounts (“User Account”) and to remit access privileges to third parties (“User”).

  • Before supplying us with any Uploaded Data to use the Bureau Services, you must obtain the Individual’s authorisation to do so and you must tell the Individual that (a) we are collecting their personal information for credit reporting purposes; (b) we may use the information to update our Bureau Database; (c) we may use the information for credit reporting purpose; (d) we may provide the information to other subscribers.

  • HSPS (and its successor or assigns, or its licensors, where applicable) shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Service, including all related technology and content (other than Uploaded Data), and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by You or any other party relating thereto.

  • Notwithstanding clause 17 (Our use of Uploaded Data), you agree that where we are permitted to by Law, we may retain any Uploaded Data supplied by you when using the Verification Services and we may use this information during the Term and after its termination: (a) to update our Bureau Database; (b) to provide Services to you and any other subscribers to the Bureau Services; (c) for statistical or analytical purposes; or (d) as permitted by Law.

  • If HSPS on its own or through any third party has notice that Uploaded Data stored by You and/or Users is in violation of any law or infringes third party rights, HSPS shall have the right to, without liability to You or User and without prior notice, immediately suspend your access to the Service and the Uploaded Data.

  • You and your User(s) retain all intellectual property rights to Uploaded Data stored by You and your User(s) on the Service.

  • Furthermore, Licensee is able to define whether the Uploaded Data shall be restricted to certain User or be available to publicity.

  • If You and/or User request HSPS to assist in restoring Uploaded Data that has been deleted in accordance with this paragraph, HSPS will determine whether such recovery is possible and shall be entitled to payment, at HSPS’s standard rates, for such work.


More Definitions of Uploaded Data

Uploaded Data means any data, including Personal Data and Non‐Identifying Data, that is uploaded into the Platform by You or on Your behalf to be analysed.

Uploaded Data means commercial financial information or data provided by or on behalf of SR to SP and/or its Affiliated Companies, or input or uploaded by or on behalf of SR (or any of its users) into the Services. Each time SR uses the Services, SR shall be deemed to represent and warrant that (i) SR has all requisite rights to enable SR’s users and, if applicable, third parties to receive, access and use Uploaded Data and (ii) Uploaded Data does not infringe any intellectual property, proprietary or other right of any person. Related to Uploaded Data

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.
