Data Ownership and Usage. (a) Customer, Transaction, and Inventory Data. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all Customer Data, Transaction Data, and/or Inventory Data provided by You to Bravo during the course of using the Software and Services shall be the sole and exclusive property of You and shall not be used by Bravo for any commercial purposes beyond the intended scope of this Agreement and as it necessary for Bravo to provide the Software, Website, and Services. By use of the Software and Service, You hereby grant to Bravo a perpetual, royalty free, transferable license to copy and use Your Customer Data, Transaction Data, and/or Inventory Data for internal research, development, and analytical purposes as well as for MobilePawn marketing. By your use of the Software and Services, You agree that You will not allow access to the Customer Data, Transaction Data and/or Inventory Data by any other third party without having first obtaining the prior written approval of Bravo. Additionally, while you have a License for the use of the Software and Services, no competitor of Bravo (or any third-party working on behalf of or otherwise affiliated with a Bravo competitor) shall ever be authorized to, directly or indirectly, use and/or access the Software and/or your Customer Data, Transaction Data and/or Inventory Data via the Software for any reason (including, without limitation, any usage or access which is at Your express direction for Your own benefit or which is done as part of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of substantially all of the assets of Your business). Any unauthorized use or access of the Software and/or Your Customer Data, Transaction Data and/or Inventory Data via the Software by a Bravo competitor (or any third-party working on behalf of or otherwise affiliated with a Bravo competitor) will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate termination without notice of this Agreement and the License(s) granted hereunder.
Data Ownership and Usage. Company will own the data generated by its Users generated through the Service, such as the Users name, billing address and ad content. Company grants AdStar a royalty free world wide right to use its data, which originates through the Service, for purposes other than Consumer searches to locate prospective employers. Some examples of such non-Consumer use of this data includes providing data along with other publisher data in aggregate to determine average advertising expenditure by job title, industry or geography. In addition, AdStar will not individually identify Company data, other than anonymously as in peer group analysis.

Company will own the data relating to its User advertising and grant AdStar a royalty free world wide right to use its data, which originates through the Service, for purposes other than for publishing for Consumers to search and locate employers or for Users to connect with Consumers. In addition, AdStar will not individually identify Company data, other than anonymously as in peer group analysis.
Data Ownership and Usage. 5.1. Applicant Content means any Content provided, directly or indirectly, to Interfolio by Candidates, including, but not limited to, writing samples, transcripts, cover letters and letters of recommendations. Customer acknowledges and agrees that each individual Applicant retains its Intellectual Property Rights to Applicant Content and Customer’s use thereof (including the reproduction and distribution of Applicant Content) is limited to the purpose for which it was submitted to Customer.
