Data Portability and Deletion. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, or within 30 days after any suspension under the second sentence of the “Suspension of Services” section above, whichever is earlier, We will make the Your Data available to You for export or download. After such 30-day period, We will have no obligation to maintain or provide any Your Data, and will thereafter delete or destroy all copies of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or control, unless legally prohibited.

Upon request made by Customer within 7 days of termination or expiration of the Subscription Services, Acquia will make Customer Data and Customer Applications available to Customer for export or download as provided in the Documentation. At the end of such 7-day period, Acquia will delete or otherwise render inaccessible any Customer Data and Customer Applications, unless legally prohibited. Acquia has no obligation to retain the Customer Data for Customer purposes after this 7-day post termination period.

User will be permitted to export or share certain User Content from the Slite Platform, provided that User acknowledges and agrees that the ability to export or share User Content may be limited or unavailable depending on the type of plan in effect and the data retention, sharing or invite settings enabled. Following termination of any account, Slite will have no obligation to maintain or provide any User Content and may thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all User Content on its systems or otherwise in its possession or control.

If Customer has an account in good standing, and Customer makes a request prior to the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, VelocityEHS will make the Data available to Customer for export or download as provided in the VelocityEHS Data Return Policy. VelocityEHS will keep all Data available for export for 30 days after the termination date. After such 30-day period, VelocityEHS will have no obligation to maintain or provide any Data, except as required by applicable law.

If You soon request within 30 days after termination or expiration of this Agreement, We will make the Your Data available to You for export or download. For clarity, if this Agreement terminates or expires but You continue to use the Salesforce instance where the Services were operating, Your Data specific to the Services will remain inaccessibly stored in the Salesforce Platform until the corresponding Service packages are removed from that Salesforce instance. You may engage Us to assist with such package removal pursuant to a signed statement of work.
Data Portability and Deletion. End User’s Data may be exported at any time while this Agreement is in effect, using the standard administrative interface. Upon written request by End User made within 30 (thirty) days after the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, Agiloft will make End User Data available to End User for export or download as provided in the Documentation. After that 30 -day period, Agiloft will have no obligation to maintain or provide End User Data, and will delete or destroy all copies of End User Data in our systems or otherwise in our possession or control as provided in the Documentation, unless prohibited by applicable law from doing so.

Within thirty (30) days of any request by Customer made during the Term or within 30 days after termination or expiration of this Agreement, ACL Group, Inc. will make a complete copy of the then-current Customer Data available to Customer in either a CSV file or XML format, as specified by Customer for export or download. Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, ACL Group, Inc. shall maintain one complete electronic version of the Customer Data until Customer informs ACL Group, Inc. in writing that the transferred files are received and complete, at which time ACL Group, Inc. shall archive all online copies of the Customer Data from its production systems. ACL Group, Inc.’s obligation to protect the confidentiality of Customer Data continues indefinitely and survives the termination of this Agreement. Customer Data will be deleted in backup copies of production data in due course, in accordance with ACL Group, Inc.’s policies on business record retention and data destruction.
