Following the completion of probationary period, as provided by Article 6, Section 2, an employee's seniority will be established from their hire date by the District in a position covered by this Agreement. There will be two (2) seniority lists, one for part-time employees and one for full-time employees. Employees will earn seniority in the area (full-time/part-time) they are employed.
