Day-to-Day Supervision. The day-to-day supervision of staff assigned to the AJCCs will be the responsibility of the site supervisor(s). SSA will continue to set the priorities of its staff assigned to the AJCC. Any change in work assignments or any concerns involving the responsibilities of the Parties which occur at the worksite will be handled by the site supervisor(s) and SSA management.

Day-to-Day Supervision. The City will be responsible for the direct, day-to-day supervision and administration of its respective projects or activities and will accomplish this task through the use of its own staff, agents, and employees. The City will be responsible for any injury to persons or damage to property resulting from negligent acts or error and omissions of its staff, agents, and employees. However, nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of the rights and privileges of the County and the City pursuant to the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000, et seq.
