SUPERVISION OF STAFF. The originating school is the sole employer and supervisor of the instructor. If there are any concerns about the conduct of the course or the instructor, such concerns should be communicated by the Principal of the receiving school to the Principal of the originating school. On-site monitors at the receiving schools shall follow the directions of the instructor during class time, but such monitors remain under the supervision and control of the receiving schools.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF. 6.1 Overall management responsibility of cleaning and caretaking staff is the responsibility of the Council, Corporate Property.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF. 11.1 If more than one person is employed to administer the Contractor’s operations, the Contractor shall appoint a person to be the Operations Manager and also nominate a deputy Operations Manager. Should only one person be employed, that person will be the Operations Manager 112 The Operations Manager or his nominated deputy shall be the duly authorised representative of the Contractor for all purposes connected with the Contract. Any information, instruction or other communication given or made to the Operations Manager or deputy shall be deemed to have been given or made to the Contractor
SUPERVISION OF STAFF. Supervision and funding of all teachers, counselors, and teacher aides will be the responsibility of the District. Program Administrators for the Study Skills Center, Career Placement Center, and Career Outreach Meetings will be the responsibility of the District. Financial workshops will be the responsibility of the Library. Supervision of computer center and Library staff (including technical support) will be the responsibility of the Library.
