Days Off in Lieu. 6.12.1 All employees who commence employment on or after 31 August 2007 will be paid double time and one half for all hours worked on public holidays. Employees engaged in permanent employment before this date, with the exception of employees working on the Kill End night shift 4 day roster, shall be offered the option of time and one half for the day & a day in lieu rather than the double time and one half pay option. Note: employees must opt in to the day in lieu payment option for the life of the agreement and this must be done in writing within one month of the agreement being signed.

  • Time Off in Lieu By mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee, the employee may take time off, calculated at the appropriate overtime rate, in lieu of overtime pay.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked.   • Time in Lieu (a) An Employee may, with the consent of the Employer, elect to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime worked (including where recalled to duty) for a period equivalent to the overtime worked, plus a period equivalent to the overtime penalty incurred or a combination of time off and payment to the same value.

  • Days Off 17.1 The Employer shall schedule two (2) consecutive days off for each employee each week provided that it is recognized that due to the nature of the Employer’s operation in providing a public service, the scheduling of two (2) consecutive days off may not always be feasible. The employer may request through the union that the employee forego two consecutive days off.

It ends when BellSouth’s Loop Facility Assignment and Control System (LFACS) responds electronically to the CLEC with the requested Loop Makeup data via the TAG Interface. LSRs submitted via LENs will be reflected in the results for the TAG interface.
