Death of Other Relative. Absence with pay from work shall not exceed one (1) work day and shall be granted for relatives to include: uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, first cousin. This day shall not be charged against sick leave.
Death of Other Relative. In case of death of any relative not listed in Part 1 above, the Confidential Employee shall be granted one (1) working day leave of absence, without loss of pay, to attend the funeral.
