Declining Assignment. 6 If a nurse at any time during the float assignment process determines in their their 7 his or her professional judgment that the nurse does not have the skills or 8 experience required for the assignment, the nurse will follow their chain of 9 command to address the issue. This shall start with discussing concerns with the 10 unit charge nurse and escalating up to the administrator on call if needed.have the 11 opportunity to raise the issue with the PCS Supervisor or Nursing Leadership. In 12 that situation, another nurse who has received sufficient orientation may be floated, 13 or the assignment may be modified to better match the skill set of the nurses on the 14 unit and create a safe patient assignment.

  • Assignment This Agreement and all rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned without the written consent of the other party.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments performing networkplanning, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization.
